The service left much to be desired, I know the ziosk at the tables are supposed to help, but really they just make service worse. The food also wasn’t very good, out triple dipper was super soggy and salty… And it took a long time to get our food.

This location used to always be a favorite spot, but lately its mediocre. I won’t eat there again for awhile. I’m not sure if the cooks have changed or what the problem is. All I can say is it is OK at best.

Always a disappointment. Every time my family and I visit this Chilis, we are disappointed. Twice we got up and left because no one even came to our table after being there for 10 minutes. Same thing happened before getting seated. The servers seem to hate their jobs, too. Don’t visit on a Monday after a holiday weekend. They were out of most of the menu items. We couldn’t have guacamole because they were out. Our server came back three times to tell us they did not have the tequila to go in the margarita my husband ordered. What takes the cake was when the MANAGER brought out raw steak for our fajitas. We order our steaks a little on the rare side, but the meat was barely browned and it was purple in the middle. For a chain, very disappointing.

We have ate here a few times. I would say 50% of the time our order was wrong. We also got a to-go order once and got home and it was completely wrong and cold. It was close to closing time so they may have been in a hurry, but it looked like they just gave us all the leftovers because NOTHING was correct. They do have a good happy hour though!

We were seated quickly. Not many people in restaurant but our service was terribly slow. We asked for a to-go box & even that took forever. Not a happy customer. Also, for some reason, Chili’s has changed their menu.

We were seated fairly quickly considering it was very crowded when we arrived. I ordered a Patron Margarita and the Guacamole burger with a black bean patty. The food was delicious, prompt and exact. The margarita was way too sweet, however, and you couldn’t taste the alcohol at all. I took it on faith that there actually was alcohol in it. My mother ordered the fried pickle appetizer and the Caribbean Salad. They were accommodating and were happy to add a fried chicken breast to her salad. The pickles were delicious, but there was a fried shrimp in them. My mother is severely allergic to shellfish and I am a vegetarian. Luckily it was me that accidentally bit into it and not her. I was just offended and upset, she would have had to go to the hospital. Its a scary concept. Our waiter was very nice and was attentive, though less so when the group of cute girls came to the booth next to us. After they showed up we saw his shirt collar more than his face. That being said our needs were met. Except for the shrimp incident it was a very pleasant experience. Update: About twenty minutes after we ate, mom and I both started feeling quite nauseous. Neither of us actually got sick, but we did both have(I’m putting this as delicately as I can) The Runs. I love Chili’s and I hate that this happened. We definitely won’t be going back to this branch.

It’s a chain restaurant… not much to expect. The food was good and they have happy hour during the weekdays in the evenings that’s decent. I don’t like this whole new trend of table monitors to replace some of the duties of the waiters/waitresses. As a result, ours didn’t really attend our table’s needs at all! I’d rather interact with a person to get another drink as opposed to a computer.

Always seated quickly even when they are busy. We always have way more food than we can eat. The kids really like any kids meal options where they can see pictures of the food that they are choosing. So Chili’s is usually a hit with the little ones. I had the spicy shrimp tacos which are pretty good. Just the right amount of spice. Personally not sure what I think about the cabbage with it but I guess that is typical. Chips and salsa are always great!

Our first experience was subpar but we went again in case it was just a bad day for them. It wasn’t. I ordered the original chicken crispers but received the other crispers. I told the waitress but she insisted my order was correct. I asked another server and they confirmed my order was wrong and sent a mgr to our table. The mgr apologized and put in the correct order. Then I received the new order there was a big hair in the fries. 2 bad experiences is enough for me. Pass this place up.

We left 30 minutes after giving our order. It got off to a bad start when my wife ordered Toasted Head Chardonnay which was on the menu and the waiter immediately said«We’re outta that» and then yelled to someone«We got Toasted Head?» And the answer was yes. After about 20 minutes of no attention and seeing others who came after us and served by another person were served we asked about our order, our waiter said into a mike he had«No. 32 wants to know where their food is».(We must have been at booth 32) Nothing happens. A few minutes later he goes by and I asked again if it was ready and he said he didn’t know. It was the then that we abruptly got up, paid for the wine, complained to the manager who tried to get us to take the meals with us, no charge, and we left.

I went here for the first time in years today. It was VERY good! I signed up for the email club & got free chili queso & chips, & a free belated birthday brownie with ice cream. Everything was great & so was the service. Our server was Amy, she did a terrific job, ask for her when you go!

Chili’s is a place we can take our whole family(all 6 of us) and everyone enjoys the food and has a great time. Service at the Chili’s in Lenoir City is great and prompt, which is what you need when you bring 4 kids. I also love the deals that chili’s runs with the 2 for $ 20. It make dining our affordable for our family. We love the fajitas and the kids love corn dogs and chicken crispers. …
