I love working out at Legends Boxing. The staff and trainers are knowledgeable and friendly. The workouts change daily. They help you meet whatever personal goals you have. They have quite a variety of workout times to fit even the busiest of schedules. Where else can you say that you get one on one support and training in a group environment. Class sizes are monitored so that instructors can effectively help each individual feel like they achieved the best workout possible. Don’t be dissuaded by the word boxing. Even if this is not something your interested in perusing on an amateur or professional level come and experience the dynamic workouts Legends has to offer. It will work you to your core if you allow it. The weekly challenges are fun They have a great trial class to see if it is for you and it’s free. So give them a call and come check them out.

Best full body workout ever! I’ve belonged to many gyms in the past as well as hired personal trainers. A boxing workout is like getting all of that rolled into one. I have noticed changes in my physique as well as a reduction in my stress level. I like that boxing challenges my mind and body as I learn technique and form. The coaches are professional and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym.

I have been very competitive in endurance mountain biking, triathalons, and crossfit. My first workout at Legends Boxing wore me out more than any of my most intense trainings with the other sports. The staff at Legends is very helpful and courteous. If you want a great workout, a great coach, and not to have to plan every workout yourself, this is a great place to be! Not to mention the tension that is relieved by hitting heavy bags.

For nearly two years, I have been a regular at Legends Boxing. At first I was skeptical, assuming it was strictly ‘fight training’. However, I quickly learned that it is an extremely effective workout routine where you simultaneously learn a skill of self defense or recreational boxing. Since I never intend to step into a ring and fight, I am there with the sole intent of looking and feeling better. One of the key benefits of Legends over other gyms is the uniqueness and variety of the workouts. There is generally 5 – 6 different sets that range from bag work to ab work or light weight lifting. Since the routines change from day to day, I am yet to get bored or dread having to workout. For me, the change up in the workouts has helped me to get into the best shape I have been in my entire life. As an added benefit, if I ever found myself in s situation where I needed to fight, I’m better prepared as a result of my training.
