Wemerson saved the day. We needed a van to go on a trip. Made a reservation through enterprise and the morning of our trip I called to confirm – only to find out that there were no vans available. They didn’t make any effort to make it right! Just said there was nothing available, were polite on the phone, and canceled our registration.
I frantically made a few calls and was able to secure a rental at Hertz-​Lehi within an hour of picking it up. Wemerson was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back.
