We’ve bought a number of items from this location over the years and I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. It is a breath of fresh air compared to what I’ve come across at the more mainstream«bigbox» furniture stores. Part of what made this experience great was the knowledgeable salesman we worked with, Dustin Schmieg. What originally started as shopping for a new Bed, eventually turned into a whole bedroom set, and a new mattress as my wife and I discussed our needs. Dustin knew his products. You would be hard pressed to find someone out there with this amount of «real» knowledge, especially as it pertains to mattresses. Here’s a guy that knows his stuff, is not high pressure, and knows how to listen to needs in order to make good suggestions. It turned an otherwise necessary process into an enjoyable experience. We will definitely find our way back there to meet with Dustin for our next furniture purchase.

Good service, they don’t pester you here like they do at some competitors. However, they’re somewhat lacking on the customer service side of things as well so it’s kind of a give and take experience. We have only bought mattresses here and they have all been great. Again the customer service(picking up the phone and calling your customers when their shipment is in or if there’s been a delay would be great) needs some work but I believe the value(for mattresses) is pretty good.

Bought a new leather sectional from Knight’s Furniture May 2014. After a couple weeks of waiting I was told the drivers would be out in the AM. No one ever showed so I called and was told I would have to wait for a couple of days after a reschedule. I rescheduled for an AM delivery. A little after noon I received a call and was told they wouldn’t be out until late PM. When the sectional was delivered all pieces(three) were damaged. Delivery men left the sectional(we had no other seating) and said they’d have manager call to arrange replacement. I called multiple times for weeks and never received a call back. Knight’s finally called and said they had replacement. When replacement was delivered it too was damaged. The original sectional had already been taken out of my home so they left the second sectional. I noted this on the invoice and was told another(a third sectional) replacement would be ordered. A couple of weeks later I was called and said replacement was in and they would be out. When the delivery men arrived and began bringing in the sectional I realized it was the original sectional! When I went into Knight’s to speak with them the said there was another one in back(the warehouse) that was not damaged and the delivery men had just grabbed the wrong one. I asked to see it and was told I couldn’t because the warehouse manager was not in that day. I was told that I would get a call the next day to arrange delivery of the third sectional. After several weeks I have not received a call or had my calls returned… VERY disappointed! UPDATE3÷6÷15 — I am updating this review as it has been 10 months and Knight’s has still not corrected this issue. I have emailed, contacted through Facebook, called and walked into their store. The last sectional we received had a broken frame. And we still have damaged cushions. The last correspondence I received from them was that my sectional was discontinued. They asked me to remove my reviews from public forums and they have deleted them from their Facebook page. Way to take care of your customer Knight Furniture…
