Reebok Factory Direct Store

just visited this store after a 2 hour drive, because I heard they had some good sales. when I got to the store I was never greet or asked if I needed help with anything. Looked around the store and noticed that no other customer was being helped either. All the store clerks just stood around talking to each other laughing, and carrying on. After I had found few shirts that I wanted but not in my size, I asked one of the clerks if I could use the fitting room which she said yes to after a sigh and rolling of her eyes. I will never shop at this store again

We visited this store, after a 2 hour drive, to exchange shoes. They did not have the needed size in the shoe that we liked so we picked out a different pair. We then proceed to the cashier to exchange the shoes. We were cut twice by I’m assuming the cashier’s friends. When the cashier finally made time for us, she argued with us about how much use the brand new shoes were worn. I received the shoes as a gift and tried them on, thus identifying that the shoes were the wrong size and returning them. The cashier then called over the manager who was very level headed and instructed the cashier to exchange our shoes. Which she did about a half an hour later after helping two more friends check out. Reebok has by far the worst customer service we have ever experienced, next time we’ll stick with Nike.
