Walked in today simply browsing through shoes, and after having been to Nike, Reebok, and Adidas, I figured I’d drop by New Balance. I’ve never worn a New Balance shoe, but I’m glad I’ve changed that now. The store manager was able to point me in the direction of a nice looking shoe that will excel at my type of workouts and was even particular about making sure my socks fit correctly!
Needless to say, I plan to be a loyal New Balance customer. Thanks Mike!

Stopped in for a look while at the Leesburg Premium Outlets. I’m a long-time NB fan and customer. Their sneakers tend to fit my feet better than other brands, and I like the fact that they carry extra wide sizes as I have wide feet.
Jon, one of the managers assisted me. I’ve been waiting for a pair of NB sneakers to arrive on special order in my size from another company in the area — but I’ve grown tired of waiting for the sneakers to arrive.
I checked with Jon to see if they carried the NB 1340 shoe — unfortunately they do not (I guess it’s to high end for an outlet store to carry). Jon did an excellent job of explaining about roll bars in the sneakers, cross-trainers vs. other sneakers, and such.
While they did not have my sneaker, I do appreciate the effort and knowledge of Jon the manager!

Nothing better than new balance shoes… lol This location wasn’t bad and the store was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.
