Do not buy Movado products from this store. They are inferior. Within 2 months of a purchase, my Movado broke via the winding piece falling out. When I returned to the store with the product and warranty, I was given the runaround about how they werent sure if it was covered by the warrant

My wife and I shopped here my wife found a watch she liked and after asking associate if they accepted VIP shoppers discount or 50 plus discount on Tuesday she said no but she was kind and gracious and offered us a $ 50 discount card thank you and great customer service

Staff was very helpful during the Black Friday madness, and you can’t beat 70% off a gorgeous watch. The only downside is they were so busy that I have to return to have links removed and get the watch fitted for my wrist. That’s to be expected though. Good experience.

This place is a hit or a miss — all depends on the salesperson. I have been here a few times and my service has been fantastic or miserable depending on who was helping me that day. And the same people provide the same service (good or bad) on multiple occasions, so it is not the case of someone having a bad day — that is what they are.
They have a decent collection of all things Movado and some other brands and prices are good if the watch you want is one sale.
