A & A Heating & Air Conditioning

I have called A&A twice now, once for emergency service to fix our A/​C in the heat of the summer, and once to fix our furnace. On both occasions A&A was extremely responsive and timely, they came when they said they would. The technicians that came out obviously knew what they were doing as they diagnosed each issue in the first two minutes and quickly fixed them. The technician that repaired my furnace offered me an abundance of maintenance tips for my furnace as well as my A/​C and water heater. I will be calling A&A for all my HVAC needs!

This is a great company, I don’t normally write reviews, but I was so impressed how this company handled my warranty work with my wife while I was away. Adrian and Ed immediately fixed the broken heater pack in the heat pump and didn’t try to charge my wife extra or sell us something else. Highly recommend these guys!

Fantastic Service! This is a small business with a good group of HVAC Technicians who are honest and show up when they say they will.
I called A&A after another HVAC company quoted $ 775 to replace a $ 145 — $ 160 part on my furnace. I kicked them to the curb because I knew it was BS. I emailed A&A what I needed replaced and they came back with a quote that was less than half of what the first company quoted me.
They came out, took a look to verify what needed to be done, and then came back the next day with the part (it had to be ordered) and made the repair. The part is under warranty, so I have that piece of mind. Awesome service!!! I’ll definitely be giving these guys a call again if/​when the need arises. It was great to finally find a HVAC company with integrity who has fast and friendly service.

Great customer service provided by Richard. He came out to check our HVAC system inside and out and was very informative. He even showed me what needed to be replaced and explained everything thoroughly. A really nice and honest guy! Overall, great service and reasonably priced.

Love this Adrian and the rest of his workers. Their phone number has been bookmarked and recommended to my friends, family, colleagues at work. I should have gotten a referral bonus. Their customer service and work is phenomenal. Can’t put words enough to describe how extremely satisfied we are for the work they have done in our place and others. God bless you!!! Came out at 10pm and fixed our AC system a few hours after we called them. They were reasonably priced and great to deal with.

Great company called them regarding a AC issue they scheduled me for next day service. A very nice personable tech named Adam showed up and I explained to him that the AC was not cooling enough so he started troubleshooting kept to find the problem and he was able to fix the AC, and explained to me what was the problem and how to avoid it. Would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends. great local company to support.

This is the second wonderful experience I’ve had with A & A Heating and Air Conditioning in Leesburg. The first was during a serious snowstorm, and my furnace broke down, and they were the only ones who could make it out to me for a service call. They were fast, thorough, and very professional. I was so grateful to be able to count on them when other companies refused to battle the weather conditions. This second time, I had an issue with a vent during a home inspection. They came out within a few hours, noticed it was an obvious mistake on the inspector’s part (a closed damper) and wrote up a ticket to satisfy the inspection. And the most amazing part? They didn’t charge me, since I had purchased a furnace from them, and it was such an easy fix. They could have justifiably charged me for a service call, but this company is a class act, with solid, genuine employees. It’s so nice to see there are still some good companies out there for us.

I’m a first time home owner and when the Furnace was on the fritz, I got nervous. I called A & A based on their Unilocal reviews and I was not disappointed. They showed up within 60 minutes… on New Year’s Eve!
They told me the problem and fixed it on site. Great service. Friendly. HONEST! I will definitely be calling them for any future Heating or AIr service. CALL THEM NOW! THEY ARE GREAT!
PS. The heat is running now and its nice and toasty :)

Great customer service and very flexible on hours. I called them in a pinch because our heat was out — go figure, right in the middle of December on a Saturday morning. The techs were there within an hour. They had to order parts and explained everything to me in great detail and had to return Monday morning when parts were available. My thermostat then started to act up Monday evening — the techs came back to my house at 7pm to help fix the thermostat, which was a bit out of scope of the initial call! Great customer service.
My only gripe is the mark up on parts and that’s why I can’t give these guys 5 stars.
I’m usually pretty resourceful, but I didn’t research the parts charge until after the work was done because I just wanted my furnace fixed. And even then I only looked it up because the $ 150 I was charged for a «high limit switch» seemed high. Sure enough, you can get these parts just about anywhere since my furnace is a Trane for around $ 30. The tech explained that they warranty the part… hmmm. Ok, so maybe for peace of mind, but not 5x the going price.
4 stars for awesome customer service. Next time I will be wiser –with any home repair vendor mind you– to look into how much the parts are costing for these older systems.

I have worked with Adrian a few times over the last couple years while fixing or replacing a couple different systems. He is professional, and his team is reliable and intelligent. I can echo the previous comment about his honesty, because Adrian repaired a system that another company wanted to replace and he saved me over $ 4K in the process.
I have recommended him to multiple friends and clients, and after the last time that he came out and replaced a unit that had completely died for a great price, I won’t be calling anyone else for my HVAC needs in the future.

Central air was working but not delivering cold air. Called around to a few places that wanted $ 120+ just to show up and not for several days. A & A charged a service fee of $ 75.00 and came the same day and within the time frame they gave us. Ed was great! Repaired a broken capacitor within 10 minutes, and we were back in business! We’d been told be a previous service provider that we needed to replace our system soon and quoted us a staggering price. A & A assured us that we were not in dire need of a new system. Will definitely use them again :)

They were great! We are selling our house they came in and did and inspection. Our HVAC system was well maintained, so they gave us the clean bill of health. Very trustworthy.

The people who own and work for A& A are some of the most honest business people on the planet! They show up when they say they will and give you an honest service fee and first rate quality repair and maintenance! I will never deal with big fancy high overheard companies again! Thank you thank you for being such a terrific good old fashioned honest company!

We had our system replaced. Both Furnace and AC. We got estimates from other companies but we decided to go with them because of the quality of their products at a affordable price.
They looked very honest people from the beginning. They gave us a written estimate with all the details.
They showed up on time and the installation took about 4 hours. Once they installed it, they went through everything explaining how it works and some other useful information.
We are recommending it to our neighbors who may need to have it replaced, too!

Professional, prompt, and the job was done right the first time. I won’t hesitate to call them again if their service is ever needed. I have referred them to many friends and those friends are still my friends. Great company, great people!

Our AC broke in the middle of the heat wave of June 2012. Our landlords have a home warranty with another company. We called on Friday. They said they’d be out on Monday.
I called A&A because a friend has had great success with them. I told them I’d be home all today (Saturday.) I had a window of 3−6pm, but Ed knocked on our door at 11:45am! (He said he decided to come by since I said I was there.)
We were fixed in under 20 minutes, and cool air started blowing right away.
These guys have been nothing but courteous, efficient and honest with me and my friend. If you need HVAC service, give them a call. You won’t regret it.

Great company for heating and airconditioning. They get the work done at a fair price. Hours worked for my schedule.
