Brenda always takes care on my orders. They are done right and on time, usually early. Whether it is for the Scouts, Knights, Heartland Quality or even a smaller personal order you are always treated with the same importance. Nice local owned small business. Even have embroidered items I have purchased and brought in.

I stopped in to have my son’s name put on his jersey and this place was recommended by his coach. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, the lady was so rude and was very inconvenienced by my business. I told her that I would take it elsewhere and she ripped my paper up and made a big scene. So unprofessional and obviously didn’t need my business. I gave one star only because I had to.
