HORRIBLE. My mom went to replace her phone, and they gave her a PHABLET! They didn’t show her any other actual Phones, only offered her a Lumia 640XL! DISGUSTING you take advantage of an older generation who are as tech savvy and tell her it’s a $ 600 phone?! What’s wrong with your staff??? I hope some day your parents need assistance and some jerk rips them off just like you did to my parents. Rest assured I’ll promote your unethical business practices to the Lee’s Summit community and hopefully those who aren’t as tech savvy will see this and boycott your store.

They said they had 33 of the desired phones I was looking for and when I went there they couldn’t find any! They need to fix their inventory! Wasted about an hour waiting with the combination of waiting on service and waiting for them to find out their inventory employee needs a new job!

Went in to discuss some issues with my phone and bill. Spoke to the manager, Anthony. He told me he wished he could help, but due to his crippling microorchidism, he was unable. He suggested I call Customer Support instead. While I do understand that this quite a debilitating condition, I feel as though he may have been using his disability as an excuse for delivering poor customer service.

Went to this AT and T to replace my mom’s Go-Phone, which is antiquated. It’s one of those phone you have to scroll through the text to get the letter you need. I decided it was time for her to have an easier phone. She uses it less than once a month. But I’m sure she’d use it more if it were easier to use. I have a smart phone(t-mobile), and love it. We walk into this location, and were immediately helped. We asked about their Go-Phones. In the back of my mind, I knew there’s an extra monthly fee on smart phones. They showed her the choices, few and meh. Personally, I don’t care for Go Phones, I’d rather T-mobile no contract or Sprint no contract. AT and T doesn’t respect their Go-Phone customers. The employee demo’d the phone, and ofcourse it wasn’t in stock. He said he’d call when it came in. I asked if she could transfer everything from her old phone to new phone, and would the price change. He assured me nothing would change. That’s when a red flag went up and this review went from 3 stars to 2. We left without a phone, and went into Best Buy. They were very honest saying there is a $ 25 a month charge for data with a smart phone. That’s all I needed to know about AT and T. My mom is still stuck with the antiquated 7 year old SamSung flip phone with a screen the size of a dime. No thank you, AT and T.
