Absolute Hair

Overall experience at Absolute Hair has been great. Mary has done my mother’s hair for over a year now and does an excellent job. Her kind, caring nature and experience with multiple styles works well for my mom. I started using Bunny who is trendy and upbeat. She has done color touch up, high lights/​low lights, and cuts for me for several months now. Very pleased with both professional stylists.

When I come in town to visit my parents I always stop at this salon. The stylists are creative, knowledgable and friendly and I always feel so refreshed after a they repair my hair from months of neglect. The prices are incredibly reasonably for the quality of service you’ll receive.
On my last visit to Lees Summit, I decided to go in and have my nails done for Christmas. They were extremely busy but kept the wait time festive with yummy desserts from the ladies on their team. I was in heaven! Desserts AND pampering? I’m in! When I sat down to have my nails done by the ever stylish Mia, I was surprised to learn about a new method of applying polish called Shellac Nails. They said the new method would allow my polish to last 2 weeks. So I decided, what the heck … I’ll do it.
The manicure lasted 4 weeks folks. The only reason I took it off was because it was starting to look weird with the new growth showing. My polish usually only lasts 2 days … max … before chipping.
When I got back home to LA, I searched desperately for a salon that would provide the same service at a similar price point. No such luck. So … If you live in Lees Summit consider yourselves lucky and make an appointment with Mia ASAP. She’s awesome AND you’ll have beautiful nails for weeks without having to worry about touching them up!
