One of the worse places I’ve stayed at. The only thing good here was the A/C worked! Checked in on Thursday and my room stunk like bad cleaning supplies and a dead body I had to go out to target and by air freshener’s and that didn’t help, I got used to the smell after a while but every time I came back to the room you smelled the Oder, the manager tried to fix it with something but it didn’t help, it’s a kinda clean hotel the staff try’s. I found a bug in the draw, wasn’t happy about that. Breakfast was a thumbs down nothing great. The staff is nice but the room smelling like F&:)ing $h1t was not good. I would suggest you try another place to stay if your in the area!

Horrible customer service, the manager was extremely rude! Was told we would have a pull out sofa and got to the hotel found out they did not have pull out sofas. Booked a suite and once we checked in, we found out all the suites were booked. Horrible experience, avoid this hotel!!! Not impressed, cheap hotel!

As far as hotels go, it was clean and well maintained. However, I was quickly unimpressed as we stayed there. The front desk reception was great. Very friendly! Great service. No issues on check in or check out. We got to the room and the bathroom /bedroom was very clean. Spacious and great views. They also had plenty of plugs which is great for people with electronics /us. That’s about all the positives I can give. I laid down on the bed and wow… I might as well have been laying down on the floor. It was horribly hard. With back problems /pain, this was not a good thing. When we checked in, they said the third floor isn’t used much. Evidently no one broke in the bed either. Definitely a huge con. We woke up and went to breakfast before leaving. My husband said the cereal was good. The waffle mix didn’t taste that good, much less it was rubbery, and split apart when I lifted the iron open. The sausage was ok. I usually drink 3 or 4 glasses of mixed juices when I go to hotels. Every juice was really watery. The apple juice and another juice came out like water. The orange juice came out watery until the end but tasted awful. The Cranapple juice looked red, but tasted like flavored water. So I tried a small pastry and muffin. The taste was that of old bread. The noise factor was good. Very quiet even though it was against the Interstate. I don’t think we’d be staying there again if I can’t get a comfortable night’s sleep.

Hmmm. This was my first Sleep Inn experience, and I don’t think it will be my last. The room and grounds were spacious and clean, breakfast was decent, wifi was free, and my stay was quiet overall. They have an indoor pool, which was a bit too small for swimming laps, but I made do. Most importantly they allow pets and only charge a $ 25 pet fee. It is a nicer and less frightening place than the other hotel/motel chains that have lower rates and charge a lower pet fee. What I didn’t like was that the woman who checked me in took a while to notice me, and the room could have used another electrical outlet or two. There was a stain on the bedspread, but nothing nasty(ink, I think). The pillows really bugged me though. Instead of having 3 or 4 regular or king size pillows on my bed I had 5 or 6 square-shaped pillows. They were down pillows with soft cases, not accent pillows, but they were small and square-shaped. I had a tough time getting used to those pillows.
