Awesome place to eat some Greek/​Italian/​Middle Eastern food!!! The owner was a hoot! Very entertaining to talk to.
The food was delicious! My Hubby had the Gyro Platter, which could have fed 2 people! It was so good, but he had to take the rest to go because it was so filling. My child had the Italian hoagie made with homemade hoagie bread. She loved it!!! I had the Falafel wrap — which was made on a homemade wrap bread. I have to say, this is probably the BEST wrap I’ve eaten!!! K.O. made it the way he made it as a kid and I have to say it was spot on!
We will definitely be stopping in this place more often as there are so many more items on (and off) the menu to try. This place is a MUST to eat at because it’s unique. You won’t be disappointed!!! Very filling and tasty food with a genuinely nice owner who wants your experience with this type of food to be OVER-​THE-​TOP GOOD!!!

Wife and I stopped in for lunch. She had falafel platter and loved, loved, loved it. I had stromboli and it was generous and delicious. Friendly owner. Hot sauce is beyond hot. Good place.

I give this restaurant 3 stars based on one visit. The one pizza I ordered was ok, a bit too sweet for my taste in sauce. However, as I waited and listened to the local traffic that came though the door. I gained a respect for the owner who was behind the counter. He was by himself and filled three walk-​in orders seconds before I walked in. All the special baby calzones. Soon after walked in a gentlemen who was a call-​in, also baby calzone and asked «what’s your best seller» to which the man behind the counter replied calzone (I gathered that much already.) He also named the gyro as a a close second.
Throughout the ensuing conversations I also learned he makes all the bread on the menu In house, catered to what ever the customers ask, and is looking to hire help!
It is a very large menu and if I am in town long enough for a second visit I will have to try one of these two owner acclaimed «best sellers». To be continued…

Sweet honey-​wheat frozen bread dough, and extra sugary sweet pizza and pasta sauce do not make excellent pizza/​stromboli, in our book.
I was initially hopeful about dining here, with all the high reviews, but have learned, once again, that there is a large segment of reviewers, with taste preferences skewed by many poor dining experiences.
When this happens, it’s no big deal, and I would not necessarily place this harsh of a review on a restaurant, but since I had digestive issues after eating here, I feel it’s necessary to mark it at the bottom.

This place is amazing! The food is beyond delicious and the service is super friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves good food.

Mmmm mmmmm… I initially went there and had a BLT and the bread was so tasty and fresh. I had been looking for a more authentic tasting pizza and this place filled void. Needless to say, I eventually ordered two pies and OMG!!! The dough is just about as gourmet as you could get and the sauce has a sweetness to it that will keep you coming back for more.

This is one of the better «hole in the wall» restaurants I’ve been to. Fantastic food and pizza. One of the few places to serve a seafood pizza. Make sure and try the one-​pound open-​faced cheeseburger. It’s $ 8.99 and good luck finishing it!

Came in for the second time today. Omar is a really nice guy and works hard. He does all the cooking (owner/​operator). The pizza I had last time was unreal. True brick oven pizza. I wouldn’t have changed anything.
This time I got a muffuletta. Excellent excellent excellent. ‘Nuf said.

Tried for the first time today and did not disappoint. The Unilocal reviews are accurate. This place is great. Tucked away. It’s like a little treasure. Had the meatball Stromboli. The bread was outstanding! The homemade sauce is amazing. We will be back

Was a delicious gyro, and super nice people, I’d say go here for a gyro a little different than the usual!

Hands down the BEST falafel I have ever had. Nicely spicy, great taste and huge. Owner is a wonderful guy. I am sad I can’t sample other things on the menu…
Baklava is not too sweet, which is nice.
Prices are a steal for the quality.
All ingredients he makes, including the Pita from scratch.

This place is a hole in the wall and a little hard to find on the back side of a shopping center behind subway, but if you do find it you have stumbled on a diamond in the rough. Omar is the nicest, funniest and easy going owner I’ve ever met. He hobbles around behind the counter knocking out some of the best pizza around. His homemade pesto and hot sauce are his staples. The Greek cucumber sauce is a tasty addition to his gyro sandwiches. The 1 pound hamburger is delicious, and cut into 4 pieces great for sharing the homeade bread he use holds up well to this monster. Stromboli and calzones are tastey with his homemade marinara. The muffaleta is a favorite of mine with the olive salad and homemade pesto on his homeade bread. The namora as a dessert is fantastic, his wife makes it. Get there early in the week if you want to try it. It’s basically semolina flour and flavored simple syrup, if you try it ask him to heat it in the pizza oven. My final note is on Omar, this guy is a warm hearted jokester who is serious about food. Enjoy!!!

Good stuff! We had Stromboli and a calzone. Good food, good conversation with (we believe) the owner. Probably not the cleanest place I have ever been in, but I’ve eaten at dirtier places! Great food, fair price!

My wife and I were car shopping, stopped by, and had the falafel recommended by the friendly guy behind the counter. It was the best falafel I’ve had, and my had a heck of a calzone. Head in and support a really nice guy’s business.

This is THE best pizza around. If you haven’t been here, you need to go! It owner is one of the nicest people you could ever meet. The pizza here is astounding, and worth more than he charges, which isn’t very much at all.
The pizza he makes has an odd sweetness to it, but amazing, in all the right ways. I can’t say anything for the sandwiches, since I have never tried them.
I know I don’t have much to say, but words can’t really describe how overlooked this place is. Go there. And enjoy yourself!

I found this place when a local pizza place was closed and I was in need of Italian ! I feel bad for this mans location (it’s kinda hard to find) but when I did find it, oh my! It was the best Italian food in Wilson county hands down ! It’s one man runs it and he told me he is the only on that cooks he runs the whole show! It was fantastic ! You have to try it !

I love Greek food, so I ordered the gyro meat platter, and it was the worst I’ve ever eaten. It was smothered in a gigantic blob of white sauce that tastes like it was squeezed from an industrial-​size plastic container, which it was. I’ve tasted a lot of different variations of sauces like this, but this one was just gross. After I scraped off the massive mound of sauce, there was a disappointingly small amount of meat with a lot of rice whose flavor clashed with the rest of the dish. I’m extremely hungry and cheap, but I threw away most of the food.
I give it two stars because the salad and bread were good. The pizza looked good, but I won’t be back.

Great place to eat pizza and gyros at. I think this is the best pizza I have ever had! The pizza is baked in a wood oven and the bread and dough is homemade. The people are super friendly and nice. This is also a clean restaurant. I would recommend this place to my family and friends!

Everything he has is fantastic he will make anything for you even if it’s not on the menu my favorite is the gyro Stromboli which isn’t on the menu but he says is a top seller
