This place has a great ambiance. There’s cool stool seating by the Windows. I personally love orange walls. I had the avocado bacon cheeseburger with chipotle sauce. It was SOO good. The bread was buttered up. The bacon was meaty. The avocados were ripe. The burger was perfectly done– cooked but juicy. They also have quesadillas, tacos and enchiladas. I didn’t try the other stuff but the guy working there said they’re known for the burgers. I can vouch for the burgers. Great spot to bring friends or have a family lunch or something.

Very good place! California-style burritos in little ol’ Lebanon. Baby sized burritos! If I were still in college, I’d be here a few times a week. Friendly service and fun atmosphere. Only thing strange is that they didn’t offer free drink refills.

Food is excellent, priced well. Business is a one man show, and considering it’s just him he does very well. If he doesn’t answer the phone that means he’s busy, but it’s worth the wait. Would recommend to anyone craving Mexican!

We ate at Queso Dee’as for lunch today. I had the pork tacos which were very delicious although they were served with only on corn tortilla which makes for quick and easy tearing. Pork was tender and flavored well. My husband had the daily special which was chicken mole enchiladas. The chicken was seasoned well and the mole was spicy but not over the top. The black beans were delicious. The restaurant, however, it was not great. The whole place could use a good cleaning. The kitchen, especially looked like it needed disinfected. After eating many a taco from food trucks in Arizona and Texas, this didn’t through me off too much but Queso Dee’as is only getting 4 stars because if it.

Absolutely fantastic southwestern food. We often stop here lunch. The service is pretty slow honestly, but it’s worth the wait when you want some good food.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday. Not busy and was given prompt service. We had soft tacos and a chimichanga. The chimichanga was pretty good and the shredded chicken inside had a nice little kick, however the beans that came on the side looked like they had been sitting for awhile. My daughters enjoyed their soft tacos… certainly nothing fancy. I was going to give 3 stars, but my 10 year old said I should award 4 stars. Overall… an OK experience.

Walk in with a group of 7. Be ignored. Get flat soda with no ice. Wait at the table for the one angry man behind the counter to take our order. Finally realize he’s not coming to the table. Walk up to counter. Order food. Wait 40 minutes. Eat what is allegedly guacamole for an app– it is not. On a positive note, the salsa was tasty– but nothing else was. I’d give it zero stars, but as of 12 hours later we are all still alive.

This is a great small place to eat in downtown Lebanon. The owner is friendly and the food is to die for. I usually get the shrimp burrito but my children have tried the tacos, burritos, and burgers. Everything is always delicious.

I haven’t been here in a while, but friends go regularly, and it’s still great. The seafood quesadilla is great, and every time I’ve gone in, is what I’ve ordered. Parking can be limited depending on time of day, but I’d definitely recommend trying it out for some great quesadillas. Its right across the street from HACC Lebanon.

Had a great meal with my girlfriend and our daughter on a Saturday during a stop in downtown. We’re from nearby Reading, PA. The menu was nicely varied and reasonable priced; salads, burritos, quesadillas, tacos, some burger options with Tex-Mex fixings, etc. etc. Nothing was over $ 10. The Coloradan burrito was the most expensive at around $ 9.25. After getting some recommendations from the very friendly gentleman working the counter and kitchen, I went with the Baja burrito and a Taos Taco(chorizo). The burrito was pretty big, a lil spicy, and tasted excellent! Like many of the options, the ingredients included cilantro lime rice and pico corn, and I can’t overstate how tasty those both are; there’s a nice hint of lime in each bite and the pico corn lends a little sweetness that works very well. I’m a chorizo nut and the taco really hit the spot; Just the right consistency and spice level, a corn tortilla, and more of the pico corn. I was very satisfied. My girlfriend had the veggie enchiladas, and thought they were very flavorful with good quality ingredients. She was especially into the sauce they were smothered in. Our 6 year old had a cheese quesadilla and tortilla chips from the kids’ menu. This was pretty standard and nothing about it stood out, but she finished it all with a minimum of coaxing so I think that’s a thumbs up! She even got a free ice cream cone from the man behind the counter! All told, we spent about $ 25 on three meals and a fountain drink. This was our first visit and after the lunch we had we can’t wait to go back. Great spot.

Been in a few times and the last time we were in, almost sent us to the ER. Under-cooked food, poor hygiene behind the counter and food not prepared to the best it could be. Feels like the people running lost their ‘zest’ for running the place.

I am not a fan of this place because I feel the preparation of the food is lazy. I noticed el paso enchilada sauce cans and the guacamole was squeezed out of a plastic bag and tasted sour. How hard is it to make homemade guacamole?! Everything here seemed like something I could make at home so what is the point of eating out when I can go to giant and make it myself for less? Also the owner is not very friendly.

Pretty good stuff here. I’ve been trying the downtown scene lately and this place will stay on my list. The closest thing to authentic Mexican in this area. Then only thing that was remotely off in my book was the soda mix. The water or co2 was a bit off. Otherwise, the food was great.

Cute place, home made food that is made to order and very tasty. Laid back and mildly west coast inspired. When you feel like having a hearty Mexican meal check them out.

Back to PA for winter break, I was in a burrito slump(its tough to find anything comparable to the Mission in central PA). While Queso Dee’as didn’t quite match the better Taquería’s in SF, it was nonetheless good enough to bring me back a couple more times before my return flight to CA. And the establishment had other charms — a well-appointed interior, mixing local artwork, exposed brick, and traditional mexican/native american themes. And the owner, who can often be found behind the counter, had a certain avuncular quality that made it feel like this was neighborhood restaurant where they’d actually know all their patron’s names. While I wouldn’t necessarily hop a plane to eat in Lebanon, I will eat here next time I’m back in town.
