The pizza is amazing!!! They run it threw the oven twice which creates an ooey gooey crusty goodness. The crust tastes homemade, absolutely delightful!!! Two stars off for pizza taking 26minutes. No one seemed in a hurry to get orders out. It’s a walk up counter not full service, it’s implied that it will be quick it is not. Since they run pizzas threw twice it takes twice as long. Grinders look wonderful defiantly be back with a book to read of course!

Tired of the Pizza chains? Eat here. The pizza is great and original. They have a taco pizza as well as sandwiches. I often order then grab it on the way home from work. They say 25 minutes but its usually done in 15 or 20. The pride pizza is my favorite and I get extra cheese, and here when you order extra cheese, you get extra cheese, not screwed. I could probably eat here every day.

I used to live 5 minutes from this Bellacino’s and absolutely LOVE their pizza. I’ve lived in Chicago and other prominent «pizza places» and Bellacino’s ranks right up there.
That being said, the service at this Bellacino’s restaurant can be pretty bad. Most of the staff is in high school/college and I would say being friendly is not part of the job requirement. There seems to be a lot of turnover (understandable) but the «customer is always right» does not apply at this retail location. Their pricing structure with regards to coupons seems to change constantly and placing orders for pick-up can be a challenge.
If you can withstand the terrible customer service, you will enjoy the food.

Fantastic place for a quick pizza lunch. The 8-inch pizza is plenty. It’s smothered in hot, gooey cheese, just the way I like it, and the toppings are tasty. I’ve been there three times, and twice they gave me the wrong pizza — they put the cheese on top of the toppings (bottomings?) so it wasn’t obvious at first. They quickly fixed the problem both times, so it’s more amusing than annoying. The subs look great, and someone told me they are.

Had lunch with dad today, and I’m slightly disappointed in the ravioli I ordered. Cold, no flavor with no flavor sauce. My dad ordered an Italian sub and it was amazing. The pizza looked great also. I will try again but this time stick to athe basics, as that’s probably where the value is
