The old lady at the front desk is a royal bitch. She is unprofessional, rude, and will go out of her way to make you miserable. I tried to add someone to my guest post checkin and she refused to do it… Even called the cops on me. They said they have to come here all the time for the smallest of things but unfortunately there is much they can do. PLEASE I BEGYOUDONOTSTAYHERE! Sleeping in the trunk of your car would be a better experience

The place wouldn’t be so bad if it wasn’t for the staff. the rates go up without notice. then it’s good luck trying to find who exactly is running the show here.

Terrible Place. Went to one Room and found Bed Bugs under the bed. Went to another and found crushed bed bugs. In the end, after taxes and with an extra person it was 45 Dollars.

I’m giving this motel 3 stars because of what it is. If you want a cheap, no frills motel while in Lebanon, TN this is the one for you. It isn’t a resort and it isn’t anything to write home about, but it is cheap, clean and in a great location right off the highway. The motel is straight out of the 1970s, even down to the keys to get in to the motel rooms. However, the overall motel was clean outside and the room while very dated was clean as well. My non-smoking room smelled better than many popular chain hotels. The individual room air conditioner kept the room like an icebox cranked on high(as I like it) and the modern mini fridge and microwave were a nice addition. The TV was at least 10 years old but in working order, the bed was comfortable and the free WiFi was tolerable. Overall I’d stay there again if I was simply passing through and needed a place to crash. If you’re trying to impress a lady friend, this motel and most of them in Lebanon, TN aren’t for you. The staff was friendly and the stay was quiet. Just be sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner as they only provide soap. You can’t really complain, it is $ 30 a night for a reason.

it was late, and we had been driving all day, when we saw the sign for a 29.95 $ room @ Knights Inn. Seemed good. We did it. After tax it was 34.99, and for 2 of us, there was an extra 5 $ charge. So for 40 bucks we slept in a decent, spare motel room. The dankness of the room was the unbearable part– but I mean… you get what you pay for. The rooms was neat, though old, and worn, and the box spring had a blood stain on it. It was smoke free, that’s a plus!!! The free breakfast was generic raisin bran, fruit loops and cheerios; white bread and fake country crock, and literally A roll of chocolate doughnut gems. Black coffee, fake OJ, and some Apple juice. You get what you pay for, eh? Come here if you want to sleep, take a shower, and have cereal for breakfast. I didn’t see any bed bugs, or meth manufacturing, though other reviewers did.

The local paper reported a police bust of a meth lab operating out of one of the rooms. This place is a flop house at best.
