Comfort Suites

This is a horrible representation of most choice properties. Staff was very rude and not helpful at all. The hotel is way overpriced for the appearance and quality. I’d keep looking if I were you.

We had a wonderful stay here last night. We showed up later in the evening, and found an empty heated pool. Such a great way to end a long day of driving! There’s also a hot tub (though it wasn’t much warmer than the pool) and a sauna! The room was nice, though there were a couple broken tiles in the bathroom — not a big deal. Breakfast was okay. The selection was good, but some of the items didn’t taste that great. The staff were friendly.
I’d absolutely stay here again, even just for the pool stuff.

absolutely amazing time here! the price was fair, the free breakfast in the morning was delicious as well as the coffee & cookies all day long. the pool and hot tub were immaculate & so great! the rooms were well equipped and just an all around great place to stay. we were in the area visiting nashville & i’m glad we picked this town! so many neat little things to see, great places to eat & loved the antique malls! great stay!

This hotel is excellent, especially considering how inexpensive it is. We have stayed here twice in the last year, and we have never had an issue.
The beds are comfortable. The rooms are super clean. The water pressure in the showers is decent, and there was plenty of hot water. I like that the rooms are so large, and you never feel cramped. Check in and out was a breeze, and the front desk staff members we talked to were really friendly.
The breakfast is decent, and it is nice that it is included in your stay’s cost. Convenient to the interstate, the airport, and some good outlet malls.
The only thing we didn’t love was that the air conditioner kept blowing the curtains up and sort of blocked the air from circulating in be room. I stuck an extra towel on the bottom of the curtain to keep it in place, and that made it a lot better.

Room was nice but hotel had no hot water. When I asked, we were told they were working on it. An hour later they were still working on it. Never anything about taking care of us in any other way. After some more time we checked out and did receive a refund since we spent about 4 hours at the hotel. As we were leaving they were still checking in people and not a word was mentioned that the hot water wasn’t working. That is poor customer service in my opinion even if they were «working» on it.

We stayed for only one night, but enjoyed our stay. Gracious staff, everything was clean, nice warm pool, hot tub and sauna were perfect. The room was large and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the lack of healthy options for breakfast, but it was all the typical hotel fare.
