Great food and really cool atmosphere! This was a real gem to find while here on business, went two nights in a row for dinner. What a delight! I hope to be back!

This was a great surprise. My husband and I lived in Lebanon, PA for 55 years before moving to Florida. Coming back for visits several times a year, this was a surprise to find such a great place in Lebanon. I sure hope the people in the area realize how lucky they are to have this unique spot to dine. The Brussels sprouts are a must have. Food and drinks were great. I must try for all.

They’ve got a bit of work to do on the liquor. That being said it’s a solid start. This place represents more than just their food. It’s what they’re bringing to the city when they opened this place. Bravi, bravi.

Great cocktails! Staff is very friendly. The food has come a long way which is great. When they first opened the food was so so. Was just there for dinner 2 nights ago and the food was much improved and delicious! Support local business!!!

Finally got to Hidden Stills last night while in town visiting my mom. I love most things alcohol which included my cocktails last night. Started out with the Sazerac, strong with a lot of whiskey, but oh so tasty and then got the Cucumber Gimlet which was refreshing and would be even better on a hot day. We both shared the Brussel Sprouts, Mac and Cheese and the Cheesecake Crêpe. Food did not disappoint and I probably could have had another two orders of those Brussel sprouts. Will be back next time I’m in town.

Went to this hidden gem for lunch today with my husband. We were pleasantly surprised to find a place like this in Lebanon. We both loved the look and feel of the restaurant. The menu has a nice variety. I had the mushroom swiss burger and my husband had the chicken BLT. Both were delicious. I love a hamburger that’s hand formed, obviously not a frozen patty. This burger had lots of mushrooms and lots of melted cheese. My husband said the chicken sandwich was one of the best he’s ever had. All in all, we will be back! Welcome to Lebanon!

Everything we tried was exceptionally good. I never had fried brussel sprouts but wanted to try them for a while. These were soo good. I will definitely be back for more. The pirogies were not quite what we expected, they were paired with apple sauce which made them better than they would have been on their own. The lobster chowder was fresh and flavorful! Their drinks were slightly off. I had the gin which was slightly different than what I expected but it was still good. The rum was off as well. My friend felt it tasted like tequila. They had entertainment when we were there. I suggest giving it a try.

My husband and I recently visited this establishment for the first time to feel the place out, and were pleasantly surprised! Walking in to a large space with an industrial décor, it still boasts an inviting atmosphere. We sat at the bar, and were immediately greeted by the bartender. He explained the distillery and liquors behind the bar, and when met with an unusual drink request, he didn’t think twice about accommodating it! We will return again in the future to try the food!

Such a relaxed and modern environment for a light meal, cooked to perfection by Head Chef, Matthew Kessler! My wife had the pulled pork sandwich which was tender, juicy, and flavorsome with a side of tasty sweet mustard sauce. I had the crab cake sandwich, which was described to me as their signature dish, and it was easy to tell why. The cake was so flavorful and moist(with almost no filling whatsoever to hold it together) that it essentially melted in my mouth. It was so great, I had to order a second crab cake(ala carte) to extend the luscious lingering taste in my mouth! Well done, Chef Kessler!

This is one of my favorite places in Lebanon. Their menu changes however my favorite dish over the summer was their«Street Corn.» I hope they bring it back this year.

This place is brand new so is very clean and in pristine condition. I’ve always been a fan of the ‘form follows function’ style architecture– the hardwood floors and walls, exposed heating pipes, coat hooks on the tables etc. The Food: I had the rainbow trout and it was very good. The vegetables were fresh and tasty as well. We had an array of apps with my favorite being the soft pretzel with whiskey mustard(had horseradish added for kick). My co-workers all seemed to enjoy their burgers and sandwiches as well. Service: I wasnt a normal customer. We had space reserved for a Christmas party and meals were pre-ordered. But the staff was well prepared for us, friendly, and worked hard to me the needs of our party of 20. Drinks: I am not the best person to ask about this. I am a craft beer guy through and through, and this was all whiskeys, bourbons, rums etc. I am not a liquor guy but I did say ‘when in Rome.’ and try«The Stonewall», It was ginger beer, cider and rum. Seems like something a liquor drinker would like. They had a pretty interesting variety of other drinks as well. One that caught my eye was a «chocolate peppermint martini». You can also by take home bottles of their on site made products. Overall an enjoyable experience and everyone in my party of 20 walked away very satisfied.

Stopped in for drinks only. Very heavy handed pours, which is great! Also got to try the rum by itself, so i will bs buying a bottle of that! No issues with anything and cannot wait to go back!

Been here twice and left each time satisfied with the experience. Nice local place that offers a change of pace from the taverns. The burger is soooo good!

Very poor customer service. Ordered food, waitress came back 10 minutes later stating the kitchen ran out of food. She then came back 10 minutes after that stating the kitchen can now make food again. The manager was not very pleasant, unapologetically took seats away from our party’s table to give them to a «vip» group. In addition to these issues, ordered drinks took approximately 15 – 20 minutes to receive. Will not return to this establishment since there are restaurants in the area with a better food/drink selection, flawless customer service and better pricing. Huge disappointment!

Very cool setting — you could tell the owner put a lot of work into restoring the building to its original condition. I’ll always be a fan of exposed brick and beams! Kudos for keeping it the original material. The drinks were good — I look forward to seeing some more creative drink options pop up as they get more liquors into the distillery. Service and food were also great. Looking forward to returning.

Surprising find in downtown Lebanon. Had a mule, companions had a daiquiri and a rum and coke. Drinks were good, just strong enough. Table got cheese plate and soft pretzel for appetizers — highly recommend both of those. Amongst our entrees we ordered prime rib sandwich(my order — solid), Mac and cheese(rich, a bit too many bread crumbs, but very good), rainbow trout(step father said it was very good) and the flatbread(also got good reviews). Would highly recommend to anyone who likes cocktails and good food!

Great atmosphere. Strong drinks :) At first glance you think their menu is limited but I had a tough time narrowing it down from 5 – 6 items I wanted to just two. Food was FANTASTIC. I can’t wait to go back and try more. Our table had Gnocchi’s(a little over boiled but still good), Roasted Corn(Perfect) and Mac n Cheese(Good but a little too rich to eat the entire serving) Owner stopped us in the parking lot as we were leaving and asked how it was — friendly guy with lots of gumption. Parking seems pretty ample. Great, great place. I’m a fan.

I want to start by saying that I am a huge vodka drinker. In particular I’m a big fan of Tito’s vodka because it is so smooth. Hidden Still’s Mad Crayfish vodka is extremely good; not better than Tito’s but very close(and that’s a huge compliment!). I had a vodka tonic and it honestly went down like water. I also had a strawberry basil mojito and that was quite refreshing. Rum seemed to be solid as well. The food was also very good. I enjoyed the tater tots and aioli as well the vegetable Wellington(puff pastry with roasted veggies). The grilled corn sounded good on paper but it came out still on the cob; probably would have made more sense to be cut off the cob. Overall we had a great experience. This is by far the best place in Lebanon and in my opinion they should have opened in Lancaster(they would do a lot better!). Also, I’ve been to other distilleries and none have compared in alcohol. You can have a great setup but if you’re products not good it doesn’t matter. I would definitely say Hidden Still has a great product!
