Best food in the area. We usually head to Lancaster or Hersey for a quality meal, this place blows away any of the restaurants in those other areas(the Devon, the mill, checkers bistro). I recommend the coffee dusted ribeye, it was the best steak I’ve ever had. If you’re looking to get Lebanon headed in the right direction support the local business, we need more like this to turn this town around.

This restaurant is unbelievable. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is fun & the food is high quality with fresh ingredients. I’ve had a bunch of stuff off the menu but the two dishes that impressed me the most was the ghost pepper wings and filet mignon.

Really cool building, and great food! A must visit while in Lebanon. The duck pizza with arugula was unbelievable, and I really enjoyed the chicken pâté with grilled grape cluster! Such flavorful and creative dishes, I was very happy we stopped by to check this place out!

We started going to the Foundry Grill because they host the Celtic Music evening on the third Saturday of each month. But I would go there for dinner every night of the week for the individual pizzas and the selection of wines. Beer lovers will appreciate the number of choices on draft.

I’ve been here a few times. I’ve had most of the menu. The pizza can be overdone or chewy, but good ingredient ideas. Their drinks are perky and full of flavor. Some items are great others are bland. The saltimbocca is really well… Salty and pretty dry. Then if you get the vinegar chicken, it’s done perfectly. I’m a big fan of Mac ‘n cheese, and theirs ain’t bad just again a bit dry but with a nice touch of cavatapi. Their steak maker needs to learn a proper medium rare though. Overall not bad. Has a lot of potential. I’d like to see good things happen.

I got the lamb chops. Don’t mind paying the price if they are tasty. They were prepared the way I asked. I got to choose a side sauce which i had no clue what would have worked with the chops so i picked one of the 4 sauces listed. It was okay. I should have asked for them to pair the proper sauce with my chops. It would probably made all the difference. This was the first time I had cheese grits and they were really good. I was a lil disappointed with portion of the chops and their lack of flavor. My friend got the burger which I wish I would have gotten instead. It was huge and looked tasty. He said it was delish. The service was fantastic. My friend drank lots of water and they were very attentive to refilling his cup. I would return because I know this place is better than 3 stars. I think if I got the burger the stars would have been 4 or above. The bill was $ 46.00 for the two of us. Dinners are high 20’s Small plates are around $ 12 and below Burger $ 14 Cheers and enjoy ur visit :) very classy place!

Good ambiance, I had the pork chop and the burnt veggies. GF had the sirloin. A happy all around, good beer selection, friendly staff, nice ambiance. Recommended.

It’s unfortunate I had such a terrible experience with the bartender at this place, because it seems like a great, classy place to grab dinner or go on a date. I was served by a bartender and had these three negative experiences 1.) insulted the people of Lebanon by insinuating they don’t have a refined enough palate to appreciate the complex flavors of some of their signature cocktails, 2.) when I told her which two drinks I was having trouble deciding on, she answered by rolling her eyes and saying«*sighs*… they are COMPLETELY different flavors. I’ll give you more time.» then walking away, 3.) I decided to order an overpriced cup of chowder… it was so salty that i couldn’t even take more than four tiny bites. the bartender never once asked if the soup was okay or WHY i pushed it away after barely touching it when she cleared the bartop. Because of my intolerance of waitstaff who are rude to customers and talk negatively on other customers, I will not return to this place. It’s a shame too, because I wanted to try their pizzas.

We decided to try this restaurant out while home to visit my Mom, and I think we’ve found a new spot! First, the cocktails were delicious. We are beer people, but there were a lot of «safe» beers on tap right now – which makes sense for a place that just opened up. Plus, even for craft beer nerds like my husband and me, it’s difficult to resist a carefully crafted whiskey cocktail. Our group started with small plates and then split a white pizza. My husband and I had the soups du jour – a tomato-based chowder with mussels seasoned perfectly and a hearty stew with grilled beef. My mom had the«liver and onions” – chicken liver pâté with pickled onions and port-soaked cherries. The white pizza was delicious and the perfect size for us to split. A larger group could get two or three different ones to mix and match. We saved room for dessert, which was rumchata cheesecake and some amazing house-made pineapple and coconut sorbet. I look forward to trying some of the chef’s plates and other dishes in the future. The menu is set to change with seasonally available ingredients. The fresh, local inclusions are such a nice touch. We will definitely be back. This time we sat in the more casual bar area, but I can see the mister and me coming in for a date night some time when we’re up in the area, or going out with friends. If someone was asking me for recommendations in the area, this would be high on my list.

I’ve been here twice on visits back home with my mom and stepdad — they already seem to be regulars there! — and the food has been great both times. The venison meatloaf is wonderful — and everyone was pleased with their entrees from the wood fire grill. I had the brined chicken both times — really tasty! Their grits are on point and the pickled succotash is so good and not something you find in a lot of restaurants. The service in the dining room need a little work — the servers/hostess did not seem very experienced. But it’s a new place, so I’m sure that will all come along in time. But I do have to say that the bar manager knows his stuff! He makes the best Bloody Mary I’ve ever had and the jalapeño lemonade cocktail is amazing. Plus he’s pretty amusing if you’re sitting at the bar. I will definitely be back to this place!

Tried this place out today for a special company lunch(just 3 of us). Really great, and a step above the restaurant that used to be in the spot. My co-workers ordered the soup of the day(Mushroom Truffle) and both loved it. The chef pizza of the day was a hit too. I had a great salmon wrap and a beer from a solid tap selection(around 20 maybe?). Will be back for sure!

I don’t think I would have known it was even there if my friend hadn’t taken us there. Although it’s up in the 3rd floor, it’s worth the walk. The atmosphere is vary nice, and it’s great to be able to see the gorgeous pizza oven and wood fire grills. The food was quite good. My soup was a good proportion and very flavorful. I was a little disappointed in the white pizza because in comparison the the soup it was pretty lack luster. My friend got the pizza special they had, and I wish I had ordered that because it was fantastic. It had a great balance of different flavors and textures. I will definitely return.

I’ve eaten at the Foundry 3 times, and it has been 3 very nice experiences. The first time I had rib eye from their«signature wood grill», excellent! I had a rhubarb tart thingy for desert, authentic, blackened crust, not too sweet, just my kind of desert(deserts easily gets too sweet for me). I tried the Foundry Cocktail, a very nice version of Manhattan, plus a Pinot with meal. All is reasonably priced for one of the better local restaurants in the area. The second time I was at one of the bar tables with some good friends for drinks and a light dinner. That night the chef had a «special pizza» on the menu, garlic crema sauce, roasted red peppers, chicken and other good stuff — it was excellent. If chef has«special pizzas» on the menu and you’re not there for a big dinner: go for it! Another in our party had a burger and said it was waaay better than a «standard burger» and again very reasonably priced. Good cocktails and a good selection of beer on tap, among them some from Troegs, an excellent local brewery. If you like IPA, get Perpetual — that should get you off to a solid start. The third time I was there I had a very nice appetizer: liver pâté(chicken I think) with pickled red onion and sherry or port cherries — highly recommended, different yet simple, and well balanced starter — I will have that one again. Entrée was a Lamb t-bone, grilled lamb is so good when the meat is top notch, and on this evening it was. The Foundry has given me great service & great food with that little twist to keep it interesting. If you are looking for fancy French cuisine, this is not for you. It is a very nice place, somewhat pricier and definitely one of the better ones in the area, but still with both feet planted firmly on the ground in their compositions. From my 3 visits I will not hesitate to give it top ranking in my book of local drinks and dinner, grill plus plus places.

Terrible. Went in and sat at the bar for over 15 before someone barely even made eye contact with me. When initial contact was made, it was NOT friendly but very abrasive and felt like the young lady that was behind the bar did not want to be there. Ordered an IPA for it to come warm, too much head, and the woman spilled a third of it when she slammed it on the bar. I could get better service at Turkey Hill down the street. I will not be returning. Ever. I will tell all my friends if they want terrible customer service, warm IPA, and a unfriendly staff… this is their place.

My wife said her grilled Caesar salad was the best she ever had. I thoroughly enjoyed my grilled venison meatloaf from the small plates menu. The chicken liver pâté’ was first class. The Grilled salmon entrée on the kids menu was fit for any adult menu. Great job! We will definitely be back. The service, provided by Brandi, was very cheerful and friendly.
