A classic small-town diner. Friendly, fast, great value. Biscuits and gravy, catfish, and the burgers never disappoint. And you never have to dress up!

This is a simple diner that had a home cooked style of food. There are different specials every day.

Just simple eggs and sausage. But it was delicious and priced right! (every plate coming out of the kitchen looked great too!)

Very good breakfast at this friendly restaurant. Easy to get to from I-65 and easy to get back onto the highway once you have filled up on biscuits and gravy and giant fluffy pancakes. Service was efficient and menu is huge. The only reason I am holding back that fifth star is that the coffee was so weak. Highly recommend Bekah’s if you are in the area.

Everything about Bekah’s is small-town cozy. When I first entered with my party we weren’t sure if we should seat ourselves — we didn’t have to wait long to find out. Some local patrons pointed out a «good» open table to us almost immediately. Our welcome really embodies the spirit at Bekah’s — Hoosier hospitality at it’s finest. The menu has breakfast and lunch offerings and none of them are expensive. Keeping in the Hoosier spirit, I decided to order the tenderloin. I was not disappointing, it was hand breaded in-house and tasted amazing. The fries were pretty good too and the others in my party enjoyed their meals. Each persons bill was under $ 10 and we were out within 30 minutes on a busy morning. This place was great stop off 65 while traveling through the state.

When I’m traveling around Indiana by wheelchair, I stay committed to the idea of eating locally and, whenever possible, avoiding chain restaurants. When I wheeled into Lebanon, Indiana during my most recent wheelchair ride across Northern Indiana, I wasn’t exactly having a good day with mechanical issues turning what should have been a relatively easy wheel into a tougher one. As I arrived into the central part of Lebanon, which also happens to be my birth place, I smiled as I spotted Bekah’s Westside Café, a storefront restaurant that has the look and feel of a smalltown, cozy diner and it was definitely being frequented by the locals. I never really regard myself as a city boy until I find myself in a place like Bekah’s, where anyone with even an ounce of a smalltown background will almost instantly find themselves speaking with that olé’ familiar twang. Okay, I’m exaggerating just a bit. Bekah’s isn’t necessarily a whole lot to look at, but it’s a place that gives you that instant feeling of being warm and welcome. While I’d have ordinarily tried one of their fried dishes, I wasn’t feeling well on this day and opted for a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. It was absolutely terrific. My road support for the day had Celiac’s and, as one might expect, that’s a bit difficult to address on a smalltown diner menu, but our quite hospitable server did the best she could to find an appropriate meal. Now then, I have to say that with the first meal she also happened to be wrong. It was obvious right when it arrived that there was a topping on it that would wildly violate a gluten free diet. Instead of copping any kind of attitude, our server immediately addressed it and the problem was resolved. Love that. By the time we were finishing up our meal, the restaurant was jam-packed but they didn’t even flinch when a guy arrived in the restaurant to try to help out with the wheelchair. Again, this felt like a place where one just feels welcome. A lot of times in these smaller diners, an outsider can either be made to feel like an outsider or, in my case, someone with a disability can be made to feel like a tourist attraction. That didn’t happen here and that was mighty appreciated. The meals were cheap with both of us eating for under $ 20. I must admit that I’m not quite willing to jump up to the 5-star rating here. While I am probably a little more free with the 5-star than I should be, Bekah’s for me is a very solid and above average diner with equal parts great food and great service. I’m also not quite willing to call it a destination spot, but I can’t deny that as I’m sitting here remembering my visit I’m also thinking to myself that maybe it’s time for a road trip.

First off, our waitress was so sweet and helpful; constantly smiling and very attentive. I had the cup of chili with a grilled cheese sandwich, and the apple cobbler a la mode for dessert. My boyfriend had two eggs over easy, bacon, two hot cakes, and the french toast. All of our food was outstanding! The chili had spaghetti in it like my Granny used to make, the french toast had just the right amount of cinnamon in it, the cobbler & ice cream was flippin’ winning, and the hot cakes were the best I’ve ever had(and I’m not normally a pancake person). Loved everything about our dinner experience here, and I’m looking forward to coming back.

I’m very impressed. A cozy, small town diner with a friendly atmosphere, and delicious food as well. We stopped by Bekah’s on the way home from Indianapolis and we were pleased to see something other than the run of the mill chains that dot the freeway exits. If you venture a bit further into Lebanon, you’ll find this tidy little café decorated with old time photos and yardsticks(yes, the measuring implement!) from various places. I ordered the silver dollar pancakes, home fries, and sausage patties for a late breakfast. In our adventuring, we’ve sampled many a small town Indiana local diner and have had mixed results. It can be hit or miss, and Bekah’s is definitely a hit. The pancakes were fluffy and light, the sausage patties were real(meaning that they weren’t those scary pre-formed perfect circles of sausage you find on a sausage McMuffin at McDonald’s), and the home fries were cooked to crisp perfection. And there was real maple syrup to go with the pancakes too. Truly a delicious solid breakfast that wins on every count. I definitely want to go back and sample some of the other fare on the menu.

Supper Yummy! Hand-Breaded Tenderloin is AWESOME! I haven’t been able to order anything else because its the first thing I tried and that is now why I go there. DONOT Go to Denny’s This place has way better food and service! I also heard that the Biscuits and Gravy is Delicious.
