I only stop at the Starbucks when I’m driving from my hometown to Indianapolis. The service is always good. The baristas are very friendly. The store is large and accommodating. It is very clean.

I’m a big coffee and Starbucks fan. I stopped here on a horrible road trip where my phone was being a pain in the neck. One of the baristas fixed my phone and another prepared my coffee. I was caffeinated and on my way in no time. I was very, very happy.
You’ll get what you expect from Starbucks and more!

Made coffee when I asked with a smile when Zionsville at previous exit refused. At home I always get a Frappuccino with a few ground espresso beans in it. They refused. What they meant was it may take 2 minutes to wash out the blender than 30 seconds. When I pay Starbuck prices it’s for the service, not because the coffee is the best in the world.

So, I’m gonna be really honest here. If it wasn’t for this Starbucks, my life would not be the same. Mornings that I just can’t pull myself together… Starbucks. Mornings when I want to pull my hair out… Starbucks. Every Friday morning… Starbucks. The key here is there is not another Starbucks for MILES from this location. The staff is friendly and the location is perfect next to the interstate.

Stopped here on my way back from Cincinnati after getting gas. The wifey had to use the washroom. The one good thing about not being in Chicago is that you don’t have trouble finding a public bathroom. In Chicago you have to either buy something, ask for a code, get a key, or beg someone to get into the washroom. But anywhere else you can simply walk in, drop a load, and go. Nice.

Tiny Starbucks but laid out well for maximum seating. The baristas were slow — we waited almost 10 minutes for two drinks and there was no one else there. Bathrooms needed a once over with a Clorox wipe.
That path to get back on 65 is no joke. Be careful, travelers.

Ugh! No stop light at exit for southbound travelers on I-65. Very dangerous, esp. at night. Local government needs to get a clue! Starbucks staff needs clue, too. Stop talking behind counter and clean messy seating area and bathrooms.

We always stop by when leaving Indianapolis and heading north on 65. The drive-thru is quick, but I often times find myself going inside. This location is also a good alternative to truck stop bathrooms.

We stopped here on a road trip since it is conveniently located along the interstate. The staff was horribly rude for no apparent reason. We ended up waiting almost 20 minutes for two drinks. Many people (regular locals) who came in after us got their drinks quickly while we were forgotten. After about 10 minutes of watching everyone else receive their drinks quickly, I reminded the employee who took our order that we were still waiting. We continued to wait anyway. I’m glad these loser employees live in a small town in the middle of nowhere so that they never have to encounter new people, but why work at a coffee shop right of a major highway if you don’t want to be nice to travelers?
