Nicest beauty salon I’ve ever been too. I checked in at the front desk and they offered me something to drink. The salon is super nice and very roomy. I called to see if they could fit me in for an eyebrow waxing and they worked well with me! The lady that did my eyebrows was very nice and did a great job! I’m definitely coming here again!

After my last review, Bella Vita contacted me to apologize for my experience and to offer me a complimentary gel manicure. I definitely believe in second chances so I came in today and I am so glad that I did. Bree was my nail tech and she was absolutely awesome. She did an amazing job and was so knowledgable about nails. She even told me that if my nails chipped or peeled in any way, since I prefer short nails, I could call her and come in to fix it at anytime. I would totally recommend Bree to anyone that wants a gel manicure. She’s super nice and really did a great job! Two thumbs up!

I went to this salon this summer for highlights and a haircut. I was not very impressed. The haircut I had was ok, except when I went home to play with it, I realized I had a mullet, and my layers were so choppy and not blended at all. My highlights were not as light as I was hoping (and I think for over $ 100 I should have gotten what I asked for) and they also looked like I had my highlights done weeks ago. The girl did not get close enough so they were grown out.
On the plus side, the salon is very beautiful and everyone was very friendly. I feel that they charge too much for the service I received. Unfortunately I will not be back.

Bella vita is a nice place for Leavenworth and has a friendly staff. I received the spa manicure, which felt wonderful, however my nails began to chip within a day. It was unfortunate– I really hoped to have a new spot in lv instead of travelling to KC. I feel that paying $ 30 for a manicure the nails should be guaranteed to last at least a few days.

I’ve had good experiences here for massage, hair cut and color and eyebrow wax. All were professional and relaxing experiences (except for eyebrow wax which is universally perceived as a necessary evil!). I did go once for acrylic nails and two of my nails popped off less than a week later, so that was lame. Overall though the quality of the other services was enough to make me a return customer. I would recommend Bella Vita.

I don’t know what happened. Maybe it was a miscommunication… I don’t know. This is what I do know. For what I paid, I expected more. Don’t get me wrong, they couldn’t have been more friendly. However, when I asked for her to thin it out and she suggested a different way would work better for me, I expected her to know what she was talking about. She apparently didn’t because my hair has been nothing but frustrating since the day I left. Then she trimmed the ends of my daughter’s hair — crooked! Will not return.
