I typically buy a few items per year here when we vacation in Leavenworth. The selection is good, prices are reasonable. The last purchase the leather strap came unstitched after just a couple of months. This happened to my friends purchase as well. I went back in with it the next time I was in town and was surprised that there wasn’t a creative customer service solution. I wasn’t expecting a new purse but some acknowledgment of the poor quality or an offer to fix it, small discount on my next purchase? Even an apology or a, «Sorry that happened. What can we do to make it right and keep you as a customer?» Will I shop here again? I don’t know. Probably not.

Was pleasantly surprised at this store. They had lots of cute bags in lots of colors — could have easily bought a couple more bags at $ 23.04 ($ 25.00 with tax!).
Staff was super friendly — will definitely stop by here next year on my trip to Leavenworth!

I bought a pair of leather gloves here while celebrating Oktoberfest. I only tried on one at the time & when I got home to Seattle, I realized that they were both left hand gloves! I called the shop and they told me I could return the gloves and they’d send me a new pair. I did so and instead of only sending me one pair, they sent me two to make up for the mistake! It was so nice & considerate of them! I will definitely be coming back here next I’m in Leavenworth!

It looks like Sonya has a lot of sales — I got a handbag for $ 20.00 that, by the looks of it, should have cost double.
Sonya’s employees are friendly, but they stay behind the counter so you don’t feel «sold to.» Boyfriend and I were able to walk around unmolested for quite some time while I needled my best friend about color choices over the phone. (The bag’s for her.)
There didn’t seem to be anything wrong with this place and, in fact, I recommend it for anyone who is looking for a new bag — either for your trip or for your day-​to-​day excursions. They’ve got a ton of styles, and wallets too!
