I used DC Landscape & Construction to install new laminate wood flooring in my house.
Corey and his crew did an excellent job at installing the new flooring and base boards. They were all very professional and courteous — which is refreshing when dealing with any type of construction company. I would highly recommend using them for what ever you need done to your house! I am so excited about my new floors! They look beautiful! Thanks DC Landscaping & Construction!!!

I hired DC Landscape & Construction to do some remodeling and landscaping at my home. I needed a loft converted into a 4 bedroom, and some other upgrades to my kitchen, bath, and painting of the entire home. Corey and his crew got right to work and each day thru the process my home was swept up and cleaned up well to the point I could still live through what can become a stressful situation. Corey and his crew were delightful, with a great work ethic. What I really appreciate about this company from the office manager and the crew is that they communicate well. They do what they say. I am very happy with this company and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Was hired to perform general contracting work.
The work was shoddy and the team has little to no knowledge of local building codes. They were ultimately fired for their inability to meet basic contract requirements, inability to finish jobs, poor craftsmanship, and unsafe construction quality.
This business also has poor accounting and communication practices.
Do not hire.

They responded quickly to my request, and kept in constant contact. The work was done quickly and exactly as I wanted, all for a great price.

The landscaping work he did met expectation. The bad rating is due to two things. First, I had to chase him constantly (it took 5 follow ups to get him to do anything, and in some cases I gave up and found someone else). Second, he «evaluated» my sprinkler system, then didn’t shut the water off and it flooded my yard. He claimed it wasn’t his fault — the valve was faulty (of course, him not noticing water pouring all over my yard to create a small lake indicates lack of attention to detail. Also, it hadn’t leaked in 10 years… but it did immediately after Corey ‘evaluated it’. But it wasn’t his fault.

Have to say after years of hunting for a decent multifaceted contractor I had the pleasure of rolling the dice and finding DC and Corey Duncan. I originally had him come out for a driveway reconstruction and I found the process to be incredibly hassle-​free. Reasonable, honest prices, solid work and a lot of flexibility when I felt the need to expand the job in multiple directions. Having forgotten about part of my driveway that needed some fixing, I asked them if they could expand the job and was pleasantly surprised at how seamlessly it was added on to the to do list.
Extremely professional and friendly, these guys did some solid work without ever throwing any surprises my way. The driveway job expanded into pressure washing my roof, electric tweaks around the house and even landscaping. These guys can do a ton of stuff, just ask. Highly recommended.

Better late than never. Corey Duncan and his team built a concrete patio for me back in Feb 2015 and I can not say enough nice things. From start to finish the process was smooth, hassle free and competitive pricing. Working with Corey was a pleasure. I was away on business when the actual construction took place, but Corey kept me informed with text message and pictures to show progress on the project. Great team to work with and I highly recommend you reach out for a quote from this company.

I used Corey for mowing at my previous home. I moved into a new home and wanted a pond, but I also had drainage issues so he designed a great dry creek bed with a pond at the highest elevation on the property. When it rains, the dry creek bed drains the water very nicely. Corey is very capable and competent and I am so very please with my pond and mini waterfall. He has also poured an extension to my porch among other things. I love having a handy-​man that is truly a jack of all trades.

Corey and his team did a great job on my new patio cover! He was professional and prompt from the start, and his prices are competitive. The attention to detail is evident in the finished product and I would not hesitate to use these guys again.

Had used these guys a few times in the past for lawn maintenance and some light landscaping. Was pleased with the rates and service so we decided to include them in other quotes we were getting recently for a new privacy fence and bathroom remodel. Their quote was just a little higher than another one, but I was impressed with some of Corey’s other jobs I had seen and Corey was willing to match the lower quote, so we were happy there!
They were able to complete both jobs within the estimated time frame and we are very pleased with the final product. Definitely would recommend them for any landscaping or remodeling work!
