Accent Glass & Door

Would not recommend this company at all!!! Gave them a call because a HUGE glass and mirror company referred me to them (which I have called and said I would not be giving out their number for ANY referrals).
We needed scratches taken out of a glass door. Aaron called me back and was asking me how big the scratch was and if I could email him a picture. Which is fine but I would prefer someone not to be lazy and come out to look at it themselves since that is their expertise!
Explained to him that I want this done soon and I have another company giving me a bid on Wednesday, wasn’t sure what their process was. He said go ahead and use the other company since they are coming out because I would be on a back burner with their company. NICE! I shouldn’t have to name drop but my husband is one of the biggest developers in Texas and we will steer clear of this company and advise all general contractors that we know to do the same.
Called Glass Guru, very professional already got a time scheduled along with a professional email about my appt.
Long story short… every customer should be treated the same you never know who they might turn out to be! This company is way too busy for any potential new customers dont bother calling you will be on a «back burner»!!!

very unprofessional! i asked for a quote and waited for a month but no response. they did not answer their emails or phones. if you’ll treat your customers like this, then Good luck!

I have used Accent Glass twice in the last 10 days, once planned and yesterday unexpectedly. Both times Tommy came through with a reasonable price and fantastic service. I highly recommend them. They were prompt and professional.
