About two months ago, I came to this sonic location to order lunch for me and my family while a loved one was in the hospital. After prepaying at the terminal, I waited 35 minutes and was finally told that they had given my food to another customer. It took another 10 minutes for them to get an order out to me. Last night we went to sonic to participate in their half-price blast special. After we placed our order we were told that the price would be over eight dollars for two blasts. When we questioned this, we were told we could only get the discount if we had the text message through the sonic website. The fact that it was advertised on TV, Facebook, Twitter, and other social networking places did not matter. The employee claimed it was what his manager said. We’ve been said we were going to leave and we did not want our order so the employee quickly said he would make an exception this time. We then waited over 20 minutes and still had no drinks so we left. I would not recommend this location of sonic.

Waited 5 minutes before they answered our call to order. All the meanwhile one of the carhops is camped out to the car next to us just talking away. The manager came outside twice to tell her to get back to work. She ignored him!!! WON’T BEBACK!!!

Just went here and they told me the Jr. Breakfast burrito only comes one way. I wanted bacon instead of sausage. Multiple Sonic locations have never had a problem with this, so I just took my business down the road to another Sonic and they had no problem with it whatsoever.
