Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

When u have idiots running and working there. You get idiot results. Great product but idiots running the show. Portions are so small. Chicken looks like buffalo wings.

the drive thru service sucked. the guy acted like he didn’t have time to take my order and I was the only one in the drive thru and only about three cars in the lot. then he didn’t even give me a biscuit or dipping sauce. he just shoved the bag out the window and turned around and walked off. will not go back to this place until they get better employees

Taking the «FAST» out of fast foods! Told to wait in the Drive-​Thru so they could catch up… guess our order would have been too much to handle. Did I mention it was raining!
Get to the window and guess what? Order was wrong!

I used to go here maybe once or twice a month, but stopped because I’ve become more health conscious.
Overall, I really enjoy their 3-​meat combo meal, which includes 1 side and a biscuit. I normally get the regular chicken (not spicy) w/​a side of their jalapeño mashed potatoes and gravy. I absolutely love their mashed potatoes and gravy. I used to love KFC’s, but something happened to their chicken (like someone started putting too much water in the batter or something b/​c the breading would always be too soggy instead of Extra Crispy).
The reason why I only gave it 4 stars? I’m a stickler for clean restaurants. To me, dirty restaurants can equate to dirty food and that’s one of my biggest concerns. I just don’t understand why managers/​owners aren’t more anal about cleanliness. Do they even eat the food that is cooked there? WORD OF ADVICE TO MGRS: KEEP YOUR RESTAURANT SPOTLESS AT ALL TIMES, including your bathrooms. This will DEFINITELY increase the numbers if you are looking for an increase in sales.
Although the service hasn’t been that bad, I would recommend improving it by smiling more.
Avoid Tuesdays. Holy crap. One time I was going to stop by and thought otherwise when I saw the drive-​thru line go out into the street. It was backed up at least 20 cars. Ridiculous. Decided to just order a pizza since I was late getting home from work.
