I’m a I usually visit 2 – 3 times a month. I come in and I look at the food. A lady with a pretty face comes in and I get bumped from ordering first. The guy just looks at me and has the look as if he doesn’t care. He was all cheery to the lady, but to me, it was acting like he didn’t want to serve me. Take about major rudeness. Probably will not come back there ever again.

We won’t be back here ever! While my husband was in line my 4 year old had to use the bathroom. We walk in and immediately smell funk. The seat covers were empty, the soap dispenser on the FLOOR, the faucet had mold and other things growing, and little flies rising out of every trash in there flying all over the place. I had to swat them to make our way out of the bathroom! My husband was already at the table with our food, we sit down, and the teriyaki chicken breast was black. Burnt. Charred! I returned the charred meat to the counter and they began to prepare more. Letting me know it will be 8 minutes. I sat down to wait and immediately saw something familiar. The flies that infested the bathroom were festering the dining area as well! SOREVOLTING! I felt like a horrible parent letting my kids eat that food but it was already too late:(I did the survey(on the receipt) while I waited for my 8 min chicken… When I finished it had been 15 minutes and I had to go back up and ask where the hell my chicken was! Needless to say we ate outside to avoid having to swat the flies swarming us and our«food». To make it even more ridiculous. The FOUR of us got THREE fortune cookies;) We won’t be back to this location… And it’ll be a while before Panda Express sounds appetizing to us:(

This was the worst visit I have ever had to a Panda Express. Maybe it was because we walked in 20 minutes before their closing time. We asked if they could make spare ribs but we were told no. We had to choose from the few choices they had left. The rice, noodles and the normally phenomenal orange chicken were luke warm. We should have left when we saw what was available but we were all hungry. However, if an establishment is going to stay open until a certain time, they should, at the very least, keep whatever they’re going to serve hot. When I complained to the cashier who appeared to be in her teens at best, all she said was there was no manager on duty and there was nothing she could do. I filed a complaint through their website but to date haven’t heard anything back.

I believe Panda Express varies depending on the location. I can tell you this location is a lot better than most I’ve tried. It’s better than most of the mom and pop Chinese restaurant that serve leftover to you. Trust me I know what goes on in these small shop. I rather throw my money at American Take on Chinese food any day. Too shay.

Panda ISFASTFOOD! I’ve had hot, tasty and delicious Panda experiences… though this location left me flat. My heart goes out to the gentleman behind the counter helping us. The bully hateful girl working the drive thru kept literally pushing him out of the way and being rude. Had my Mother not been with me, I would have addressed her behavior. She was off the charts attitude and rude!!! Their selection was limited. I asked for veggies, which they were out of. The guy cooking on the line flashed some in a pan and gave them to me. Three other empty dish choices remained so. Our gentleman helping us said he hadn’t tried the food there and had no suggestions or opinions. Management. Seriously. From the white table clothe dining to peanut shells on the floor bars I’ve worked at in undergrad and in a pinch… I’ve ALWAYS had management that insisted on staff tasting and knowing the food. Give the kid a toothpick and let him sample. Come on. In all, had the drive thru bully not been antagonistic to our non taste tested fellow and selections been more plentiful our journey would have been flawless. Not a hater, we will try again.

This is actually quite a bit better than I expected. Not to say that it was amazing — I didn’t expect much from a fast-food Chinese place but it certainly wasn’t bad. The coconut shrimp and fried rice were alright, the green beans and chicken, and orange chicken were good, and the chow mien was lacking flavor. The best part was definitely the vegetable spring roll which, again, wasn’t phenomenal but definitely exceeded expectations. Overall — good if you are craving take out Chinese, want a variety of things, and want it instantly(there’s even a drive thru!). One star docked for not giving plastic utensils for take out — that is take out 101.

Decent enough considering how hard it is to find good Chinese food in this area. I was nervous about trying it but my 9 year old convinced me to bring her and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised. Certainly a Better choice than McDonald’s on those nights we aren’t home to cook real food.

It’s fast food Chinese, what else can I say? You can’t ask much, they aren’t hiding it. It’s still better than a lot of real restraints that I have been to, they do a good job of keeping the food fresh and it’s doesn’t taste too bad as far as fast food goes. Much butter than other fast foods.

I can only say that when I tried this establishment both my son and I couldn’t finish our meals. The food is subpar at best. Most of the dishes are fried and don’t resemble anything close to good Chinese. If you’re looking for something quick and pricy without concern for quality, then Panda Express may be for you. Of course I’m pretty picky about my Chinese and regularly drive to 646 @ I 45 for 888 Chinese, which is the best around these parts.

Panda Express — Gourmet Chinese Food. Panda Bears are cute aren’t they? They don’t move too quickly and appear to be really cuddly. I hear getting bitten by one can be fatal so I’ll keep my distance from Panda’s. I had a friend in school named Chanda(rhymes with?). Yes, we called her Chanda Panda. When I think of the word«express» I quickly word associate«Federal Express», «The Orient Express», Ex-press-O, Express Yourself(singing…hey, hey, hey, heyyyyyy, but if you want it right now, just showw me how…) oh sorry, I digress. I’m sure the founders of Panda Express intended to create a kinder, gentler word than«Chinese» for whatever reason and«Express» would imply quick food, which it is. The food is cooked and ready for you just like at the mall! The quality of food is inconsistent, cheaply made and otherwise forgettable. The cute Panda; however, is not so forgettable. Awwwe! I guess, if you think about it, Panda Express could be an oxymoron. Or, it could be a train ride at a zoo. If they had simply named the restaurant«Chinese Express» I could have easily forgotten about them, but the damn Panda image just stays with me. The food is utterly forgetful and overpriced for what you get. I’ve been three times. I’ve ordered different items. I’ve ordered identical items to see if they had an off day. NOPE! Panda Express«expressly» and consistently serves low grade, non-gourmet, Chinese food. I’m taken the express train outta here!!! Whooooo Whooooo!
