Betrayed. I used to believe every word they said. I told my friends and family to go there too. I have had many (some times very expensive) repairs done on my vehicles. My last issue was that my gear stick came free from the shift assembly. They said the entire assembly, cable, bushing and all, needed to be replaced and he could only get it from the dealer. Price «$ 537.00». Looked into it after that and found out it was a common easy to fix issue with this type of car. So I went to pick up my car and when I did I noticed they never even opened up the center console. I bought the bushing from Napa Auto parts for $ 25 and I fixed it in 30 min. and I have no mechanical background. Muff-it = $ 537.00, Me = $ 25.00. I will no longer be doing business with them.

I had a great experience with Kevin and Mike! I am not a local so I did not know any reliable mechanics, and of course days before I move to Dallas my check engine light goes on! (Figures right?) I took my car in and they were quick and pleasant to speak with. I felt like being a young woman I am an easy target but these guys gave me the same reasonable prices they did when my car-savvy dad spoke with them on the phone! Thankfully they fixed my car in a speedy amount of time and overall just went above and beyond!!! I wish I didn’t move because they were so great to work with in such a frustrating situation.

I have taken two different vehicles to Muff-it for repairs. They are a full service repair shop, not just mufflers. My first experience was great. The price was good and they did a great job in a timely manner. My second, not so great. Yes they did repair some problems with my vehicle, but it took a long time, and left it making a noise.
If you are looking for a small auto repair shop in the area give them a try.
