Horrible about return products. I ordered a wig hat that caused my entire head to breakout in a rash and they would not accept a return or issue a refund. I would highly recommend NOT using them.

This is a great company to do business with. I had several questions and their customer service reps were able to answer them all and were very helpful. I ordered for a family member undergoing chemo and she received her items quickly and loved them! She even went on to order several more hats for herself once she received the ones I ordered for her. Dont waste your time with any of the other online shops. Loved my experience with Headcovers!!!

Terrible return policy for online orders, especially when you specialize in items for cancer patients. You are given such a small amount of time to return items and of all people, cancer patients don’t have spare time. Very disappointing company and I would never recommend to anyone.

I ordered 5 scarfs for my aunt on
and would never order anything there again. Its just terrible. The quality of material is awful and their ‘FREE scarf tying instructions’ is a joke! They should be ashamed to put it in the description. Please stay away from their silk option. Very disappointing experience.
