I would not pick to stay here if given the chance again. My apartment has flooded twice in which maintenance said it was due to a frozen ac. I can understand once but twice in one year means someone obviously didn’t fix it correctly the first time around. In addition my dryer has stop working four times. That’s right, four times and it took a week for each repair. Never will pick this place again especially for the cost.

Nice complex that’s well kept, but the rent here skyrocket every time you renew by going up $ 60 & more. I lived in apartments all my life & never had any go up so much. The staff is friendly, but it’s been times the office manager Angie will not acknowledge you & can have a snobby attitude. Going on 3 years here & they only cleaned the walk ways twice (thru apt units), which is pretty gross looking… No playground for kids, no door to door trash pick up. Actually it’s better apartments w/more amenities along Walker/96 area.
