Worst Carl’s Jr. Visit This is the first time that we have visited this Carls Jr. location. Carl’s Jr. has been a longtime favorite of my Husbands, and I can usually find something there to enjoy. The experiences we have had at different Carl’s Jr. locations can be as varied as their proximity to one another, however, they have nearly always been some degree of pleasant to tolerable. This location however was much different. As we pulled into the line, we noticed two vehicles in front of us. After 10 minutes, another vehicle had pulled in behind us, effectively blocking is in, but the first car had not moved from the speaker. Upon waiting for both cars ahead of us to place their order and move forward, we approached the speaker and discovered the delay. Upon approaching the speaker, we were immediately greeted, both by the recorded greeting and then by the order taker. We proceeded to place our order and when we asked the gal what the difference was between a meal and just the sandwich and fries, for the second time during our order of two sandwiches and a medium fry, she said«just a minute». So, we waited… When she came back she said«what can I get you?». At this point, we had already ordered two sandwiches, so confused we said«and a medium fry». Her response was both astounding and infuriating. She tells us that we need to repeat our order because she was helping a customer! After waiting in the drive thru for more than 20 minutes, we got half way through our order and then pushed aside so she could help a customer whom she felt was, what, more important than us? I was so angry! I guarantee that we will not be returning to this location! Terrible, terrible customer service!

Bad form. Twice this location has preformed below acceptable standards. On the first visit, the soda machine in the main dining area where all customers fill their sodas had mold on it. Specifically in the crease where the ice was being made/stored. When I mentioned it to the manager on duty at the time his response was«Yeah, that happens.» He did not immediately have someone clean it or correct the situation. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried them again. This time they got my order wrong from the drive thru(no soda ordered, mind you). It wasn’t noticed until I was in my home ready to eat that the order was incorrect. I drove back to the location and the manager was unable to correct the issue free of charge. I will be reporting to the city/vector. I will be calling Carl’s Jr. about this particular location and make the suggestion to either shut it down or fill this place with their worst workers from around the local area so other locations may improve and this one can continue performing at a substandard rate.

The food was pretty good. The staff were friendly. They did ask me at the register what sauce I wanted and I told them BBQ when they brought my food out there wasn’t BBQ on the try but the lady asked again if there were any sauces I want and named off them off. I didn’t know they had frysauce so when I heard that option I told her I wanted frysauce and then I remembered I didn’t have BBQ so when she came back I asked if she could bring me out some BBQ as well and she said sure and immediately ran back to get me some BBQ so while I didn’t get what I wanted initially they did do a good job of rectifying the error. I went back a second time shortly after and that time went off without a hitch. All in all not a bad fast food joint.

Slowest Carl’s Jr. on the planet. Took them 15 minutes to give me a ding dong ice cream sandwich. Four of the workers were just standing behind the counter talking while I waited.

The Bun was old and mostly dried out. I’m sure it was from the day before. The Texas BBQ was nasty. The BBQ part was old dried out Beef in some old dried out nasty sauce. The Fried Zucchini was hot and Great as usual. I should never have tried the Specialty burger and stayed with the West Bacon CB. $ 9.98 for 1 Combo was the Biggest BS part of the whole experience!

Wife was craving a burger & I was craving mexican, so we went to get burgers. That’s when I remembered that carl’s has the green burrito menu. I’ll try(almost) anything once. I ordered a few tacos and nachos. I was quite impressed. I’d almost put them above taco bell if it weren’t for the crunchwrap supreme. Service is always really good here and you’re not going to find a cleaner restaurant. Oh, the burgers are good, too.

Not once did the server offer to refill our drinks. Rarely did they ever check on us. We ended up filling our own cups with water

Not much to say here, it’s fast food. We come here occasionally because it’s close, clean, fast and the staff are polite. I say it’s above average for a fast food joint.

This is one the better Carl’s Jr. I have been to. Always good to go with coupons. Carl’s Jr. is one of my favorite fast food burger joints as the six dollar burgers are hard to beat in fast food. I have been here a few times and only once dine in. The drive through is not bad but they have messed my order up twice, but have fixed the issue quickly. Food wise there are better burgers, but for the price and its category Carl’s Jr. is OK and about a 2.5 star rating. My favorite items are the six dollar burgers and criss-cross fries. I only go if I have a coupon and want a cheap burger that tastes somewhat good.

As with other chain restaurants, they serve the same food all around, so the only things that set them apart are the service and cleanliness. There were several unclean tables in the dining area when we were their last time, but perhaps it was during the busy hours. The last Carl Jr. I went to did not bring you the food, so I was amaze when this one brings them to your table, they also ask for your needs such as sauces and bring them to your table, so it was definitely an unusually good fast food experience. Service is exceptional, but cleanliness really needs some work.

It’s Carl’s Jr. Why would anyone give it more than 2 stars. I dont know of any major Fast Food chain except in-n-out which should get more than 2 stars.

When you want a burger, you come to Carl’s Jr. And I don’t mean like«hey I just want a burger.» I mean like«hey I’m going to get some fast food with some flavor to it. It’s going to get all over the place. It’s going to BELONG in my face» Remember that? Back in the days of the $ 1 famous star. Like getting a better tasting whopper, at half the price. Sure, you could go to Hardee’s.(I’ve since moved to the South…) But you’d be missing out on 2⁄3 of the menu. And you wouldn’t be able to get a double western *anything*.
