There’s a very thick layer of sarcasm and condescending tones from the clerks.
Attempting to sell earrings that matched the ring I sold last month, the clerk said they don’t buy things like that and would only give me $ 100 when last month I sold the ring of the same blue diamond set for $ 800.
My husband and I went in previously to purchase a Pandora bracelet for my sister and it was only until we were interested in purchasing did their attitudes change. This is what we get for moving to a rural town.

I have gone here several time for small things such as getting battery replacement and jewelry repair. Usually I am greeted (or not greeted) with complete snobbiness. As if they don’t want to help me or as if i’m bothering them. This particular visit I went in for battery replacement and jewelry cleaning. The girl said they would not be able to replace it for a week or two. So I declined. I was looking at some rings while I was there and decided to buy a ring as a gift for someone. Crazy how their attitude changed with a bigger purchase. All of sudden the girl was helpful! Wow… I’m not impressed. Can you say snob?
