The shadiest establishment. I took two watches to get resized, got one with burn marks back and the other had been solderd on, so messy. Took an hour to take out links to a watch and he was so high on some kind of drugs. This place is not legit, never go there. Should’ve taken my watches to a jeweler. I don’t know why he zapped them with electricity and burned them when all you do is remove pins out of the watch … Shady Probably going to tell them to buy my watches that they ruined.

Hours are supposed to be 9am to 6pm. Stop by at 4pm and they are locked up tight. Call the number on the door and the guy said. Oh yes we left a little early today, come back tomorrow at 9am. I think I won’t, as there is no garentee you will be there.

I took my 10k gold wedding set into Harris Jewelers and asked to have my rings sized down, they sent me over to The Lawton Gold Exchange and told me to tell them who sent me. That was a huge mistake! My rings are damaged! They cut my rings in half, then they stretched what was left of the gold on them across the entire back end thinning out my set. They scratched up both of my rings taking chunks out of the tops of the designs and around the diamonds. They melted the prongs around my diamonds and tampered with them. They gave me back my rings in uneven shapes and two different sizes with different thickness of gold all around them and they were black! They claim to have attempted to fix the damage and damaged them even more taking out more gold and leaving them thinner. When I expressed my displeasure with their work Austin the owner says to the jeweler Chris oh she’s not happy with a very pissed off tone aiming it at me and blamed me for their mistakes and called me a liar. Then they told me they would put more gold in my rings and bring them back up to where they were for $ 100 a piece. They took out a half shank of gold in each ring just to try and make me buy it back. My rings bend easily now and I can not wear them. They have extensive damage and it’s going to cost more than $ 1500.00 to repair them. I would not recommend taking any of your jewelry to this establishment. I would not recommend buying any of their items as most of it was purchased in the mall and put in their showcases for quadruple what they paid for it. You are better off going to a reputable jeweler that’s known for their service nation wide.
