The Executive Inn earns its 3 star rating for a few reasons. I was in Lawton for a VERY short trip. My list of things to accomplish was large and I needed a room to sleep and shower. No kidding — I paid $ 38 bucks a night for this room. I am admittedly rather frugal on some things and with a large basic training graduation on post, the other hotels were either booked or $ 99+. I had no intention of paying over a hundred bucks for a room I needed for a few hours. My friends did joke with me that I was on a path to be killed my last night in Lawton. I have driven by here numerous times on Cache Road. I have also eaten at Las Margaritas Mexican Restaurant which is connected to the hotel. I never paid attention to the hotel since I never thought I would stay there. The exterior and lobby look ok. Nothing fancy but not exceedingly run down. Honestly, this place was probably pretty nice circa late 1970’s/early 80’s. All of the guest rooms have an exterior entrance since it is a «motel». The furnishings are old and I would prefer no recliner and ottoman as opposed to a dirty/stained one. No worries — didn’t touch it and brought my own pillow. Although it was fine for me and my purposes, I wouldn’t have stayed here if there was anyone with me. I was not in fear of my life, but a little worry about my car being broken into. Honestly, I would never have parked my car outside where I lived in Lawton, so the concern was no different than at the Executive Inn. All of my clothes smelled like smoke when I unpacked my bag and my room was non smoking. I guess I smelled like smoke too, but I didn’t notice any foul odor when I was in the room. Most of the patrons are construction workers(tons of heavy equipment parked in the back of the building) and some families. No kidding, I saw little kids getting on the bus in the morning . Like most things, I got exactly what I paid for. Don’t expect the china, if you only pay to use a paper plate.

This hotel is along the same lines as staying in a housing project in the ghetto. Not only was the carpet filthy with who know’s what kinds of stains but the staff had to come fix the door because it would not lock due to the frame being shattered from being kicked in repeatedly. I was also awoken by a phone call from the assistant manager Tim demanding copies of our tax exempt card because the night desk clerk did not make copies, not only was he extremely rude about the $ 3.50 we saved but he said if we ever decided to come to the hotel again that we were not to ask to use it. Besides all of this the beds are like concrete, there was trash all around the hotel and we saw at least 4 hookers coming and going. I refused to let my children out of my site and if anyone does decide to use this hellhole I highly suggest bringing your bullet proof vest. Never, ever again will I subject my family to this«Pit»! Also no matter which WIFI I connected to it was an extremely low signal, constantly needed to reauthorize/connect and as bad as dial-up.

Omg. It’s cheap. And a 2 star hotel So first room we are getting our rooms. Checking it out. And what do we see dog poop. Behind the door. Really dog shit behind the door. Ok so we switch rooms. Room is average size. I think motel 6 is better than this. The only the only reason I have to stay here is because the Army but me in this hotel. But still didn’t anyone check this hotel out nit looks like we could get robbed at anytime.
