I purchased a living room set just about a year ago. It has already been returned to be repaired(only 5 months at the time), the store manager never got off his chair to look at it. The couch is junk, to put it on the light side! Please Ladies and Gentlemen… DONOTSPENDYOURHARDEARNEDMONEYINTHISSTORE! The reason I gave it one star… the poor sales clerk was just trying to make a living.

This place is definitely to be avoided. Tried to finance a single couch and they said my credit wasn’t good enough. Went Wichita Furniture and just had a full bedroom set and couch delivered next day. Home zone is a joke. Also have heard that the furniture falls apart after a year or so, just heard that though did not witness it. Dont waste your time go talk to Wichita on Cache you cant get a better deal or better people serving you.

I spent close to $ 4,000 at this store paid in full. Not six months in to ownership. I could tell everything wasn’t going to last… The REAL leather is peeling on both the coach and love seat. The frame work is coming apart underneith them. The dinning room table is wobbling. I’ve tried to tighten them up, but with no success. The bedroom set is the same away. The coffee table was sold to us crack in half. They exchange with a new one, but its coming apart. The only thing that still looks good are the dining room seats and the bedroom dresser. Everything else is coming apart… I am very dissappointed in the warrenty that was sold and making the purchase at home zone. They talk quality I say I will never buy there again…

After a recent move and a considerable amount of damaged property, I feel like I have been in EVERY frekin’ furniture store in Lawton. Home Zone’s appearance is much nicer than most other stores in this area. I did like some of their bedroom suites, but I did not think they were great buys. I would REALLY have to be in love w/something to buy it here. Update — I found a dining room table here. I planned to buy it and actually lined up someone to help me get it home. I was then told by the salesman that this is a showroom ONLY and I would have to order the table. Okay, I thought it a little weird since it IS a furniture store. Two weeks later I returned to order the table. Except when I came in, right where the table had been there were two lonely chairs. The table and two chairs where gone. I approached a female salesperson and asked her about the table. Oh, «someone had just bought it!» HUH!!! That’s funny because I thought it was a showroom and furniture couldn’t be purchased from the floor! Whatever…I could write some more bs about how ridiculous this experience was, but I think you get the point. I will take my money elsewhere.
