I was very disappointed with this place today I walked in and started looking around and noticed the old guy asking people if they needed help so I figured I would stand in line by him and wait until it was my turn he helped two people he look at me turned around and helped some body who was coming through the door needless to say I was very upset at the same time a female walked up to me in ask me if I needed some help I told her no because I just felt like he was going to come back to assist the he saw me if I figured he would come back I mean after all I haven’t been there in waiting on him so I put my time in waiting on him so why wouldn’t he come back so she turned the way to assist someone else he never came back I got very upset so I walked out of the store I went to my car because I got upset and didn’t wanna do business there so when I was looking up another shack the closest 1 was in the mall needless to say on a day like today black friday I did not wanna go to the mall but I really want to get a item at radio shack so i knew I had to do business with them I grab my keys and look up and guess who i see outside smoking a cigarette you guess right the old dude who looked all over me in the store I really felt that little because he didn’t have enough time for me but he’s outside smoking a cigarette so I waited until he went back in when I walked in he said hi to me and so did the young lady he asked me if you could help I quickly cut him off I said no I’m okay right after he asked me another guy asked me I’m not sure if he heard the old man ask me. I said sure I would love to the old man look at me and look at the girl from that point I really didn’t care anymore because the guy that was helping me was very friendly and nice he took time explain all the products I was interested in gave his honest opinion about them and because he was so nice I also decided to get a protection plan even though I didn’t need it I even donated money to the cancer group they are supporting and he even thank me for that! If you’re ever in the radio shack look for the young black dude that wear the glasses avoid the old dude at all cost
