Papa John’s Pizza

My local Domino’s (on Lawrenceville Suwanee Rd.) is the worst. Pizza Hut takes too long and all of their «new» tricks suck. This Papa John’s is my go to pizza place. They have earned it. Great quality and service every time. And they always get it to me in about 30 minutes. Great job folks.

So glad we decided to give this PJ’s another chance. They came to our rescue when Domino’s refused to deliver to our house. Pizza arrived hot & fresh in about half an hour. Thanks for the save!

I called in to place in order and I was greeted by the rudest person ever ! I said hello she said mhm and I said… ok can i have a delivery and she said why not in the rudest way and I was just suprised and she told me can u hrry up I’m busy such a rude little girl

My first time trying Papa John’s– my car broke down and was stuck in the hotel. Very quick delivery, very nice delivery guy, and great tasting pizza! I had the large pepperoni and it was hot and fresh when I opened the box. Give them a try!

I always order from this papa johns around 10 pm. They deliver a fresh pizza within 32 mins. I know this because the drive always tells me the exact time it took from order placed to order delivered time. If there is a problem with the pizza — which has happened before — they are cool about replacing it quickly.

Pizza tastes ok. If you prefer chicago cut (square cut) you should call the store and order it personally from the manager, otherwise, I can guarantee it will be cut regularly.

This place has its own parking lot that is well sized. The staff here are very friendly however the service can be slow. I ordered a pizza and it was advised that it would be done in 25 – 30 mins. It ended up being 50 mins. This was the second time that this has happened not during peek hours. Im not sure what the deal is. Perhaps they are understaffed, perhaps they receive online orders late. Anywho I would come back to this place but I would plan on it being 1 hr instead. Cheers!

When it comes to delivery pizza, I prefer Papa John’s over other delivery pizza options in our area. I have been a fan of Papa John’s, for a long time.
Papa John’s online ordering is pretty easy and gives you several options to select from, when it comes to ordering pizza. The 4 additional options, which include sauce, cheese, bake and cut, it should be fairly simple, one would think, when it comes to the employee following the instruction on the order when making your pizza… we would like to think.
The past few times we have ordered from Papa John’s, online, we have selected to have the square cut, for our pizza’s. Should be fairly simple and given it is an option to select from, you would think that the employees are trained to know how to cut a pizza, per specification. Either they don’t know how to or they just say «oops, I cut it the wrong way, oh well, it’s just cut wrong». Not sure, just our thought.
The pizza itself is done right, correct toppings, appears to have light sauce, etc. However, having selected square cut for the pizza, would be nice to finally open the box of pizza and find our pizza cut to order.
Hopefully in the near future, Papa John’s will get this right.
