So happy we stopped. We were at a store down from Jet’s and the smell drew us in. The owner was at the counter. We let her know it was our first time in. She happily went over the menu and it options with us. We got the BLT pizza deep dish with onions added, in a small. Also got the steak and cheese sub (pizza bread for the win), and she gave us dessert, cinnamon Stix. OMG those are addictive. I live a good ways away and will very happily drive over again. We grabbed a menu so we can call in our order.
Can’t say enough nice things about the owner, and the staff. All of them are first class! We’ll be back soon!

Jet’s Pizza at Sugarloaf Walk Shopping Center in Lawrenceville is incredible food prepared by truly incredible people. The good people at Jet’s work long and hard to keep their restaurant clean and to serve quality and delicious food. Rose and Giancarlo give A LOT back to the community and eating at Jet’s is not only delicious; it is a way to say thanks to Jet’s for all that they do for others.

First time ordering from this location and did so on line. A little trouble ordering, first a coupon disappeared when adding another item, (delete and add again with coupon again) but then the bread item disappeared. (no coupon there) Made an interesting challenge to complete the order. All in all 3 pizzas and their original cheese bread, order complete.
All the pizzas were great, one veggies, one all corners pepperoni, and another sausage pepperoni and mushroom. Ample cheese, and crust was excellent. Sauce also very good. Everything way better than the «fast chains», a bit more expensive but yet reasonable and worth the difference.
Order said 50 minutes for delivery but arrived prior to that which was a pleasant surprise.
Timing was everything as coupons arrived just today in the mail.
Definitely will order from here again.

I’ve had the privilege of eating many pizzas over the past 50 years all over this country and have narrowed my choice to just one: Jet’s Pizza! And, over the past several years of patronizing Jet’s Pizza locations around North Atlanta, I’ve found the Sugarloaf location to be my favorite when I want to dine in as well as take out. The staff there have always delivered a hot pizza and cinnamon sticks promptly and I’ve never been disappointed. I love their $ 5 deal too: 32 square inches of pepperoni pan pizza and a 20 ounce soft drink. Yum, yum!

I meant to take a pic but I was too busy eating. It’s soooooo good. I got the aloha chicken square pizza in turbo and some boneless wings. This pizza is a delight. Hands down better than dominos which is crap and papa johns. This is decadence. Great for parties, pizza nights and busy mom days.

How is it that a place that I loved, that I got ROTD for, and told everyone about went downhill so quickly? Are they getting cocky? Are they cracking down? Not sure, but their customer service really made a huge impact. My mom and I were attempting to get some pizza one day and we had a coupon. Previously we have used this coupon and had no problem. However this time, when going to pick up the pizza, they wouldn’t let us use the coupon. And that’s fine, but the way they handled the situation was really upsetting. The tone was very negative. We asked to see the manager and the staff member stated that the manager isn’t there so she is the manager for the moment and she can’t take the coupon. There was nothing written on this $ 5 coupon, no terms or conditions, but still the staff member rudely did not budge or even speak kindly to us. Left the pizza there. #ByeFelicia

Literally the best pizza I have had in Georgia! Initially I thought it was expensive but it was so worth it.
Turbo crust is the best and they were not skimpy with the toppings.
Finally, customer service was excellent (Jarvis). The manager was very gracious when we made a mistake with our order. You have to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

We had the barbecue pizza and the veggie pizza with the turbo deep dish crusts. All I can say is wow this is one of those places that will make all the other pizza joints cry. This is a new restaurant and there were a few service boo boos but the food made up for the flaws. I hope they can keep up the quality as time goes by. But don’t worry because I will be watching and tasting.
