Jimmy John’s

Having eaten at my share of sub places before, I was pleasantly surprised by Jimmy John’s. I like the quality of the meats & cheese, they have actual flavor, unlike some of those «other» sandwich places, and it’s pretty darn good stuff. The chips are good too, not nearly as salty as other chips and the cookies are soft and buttery, delish. I am a huge fan now that I’ve ordered an «unwich», for those who don’t know, that’s a sandwich wrapped in lettuce instead of bread for those of us who like to put our carb allowance towards the important things in life — like that cookie. And if you like bread but want less of it, they’ll take the inside out of the bread so you have that nice crusty bread to hold your sandwich fixin’s in. Only thing I didn’t like was the vinegarette, I think the bottle should have been shaken or something because all I got was oil. The people were very nice and friendly at this location on 6^th St so yea, I’m a fan & will go back!

James Johnathon’s is a go to lunch spot for me. It’s quick, the people are friendly, the sandwiches are tasty, and the price is right. I really like their chips too, despite the fact that I’m not a huge potato chip fan… my favorite is the Salt & Vinegar. If you can’t get out of here within 3 minutes of ordering your sandwich, you’re doing something wrong.
