I order from Dominos at least once a week without fail (sometimes more, don’t judge me ;)) A system glitch with our last order left us without pizza & then when it finally was taken care of, another issue caused us to be unable to tip the driver because there was no credit card slip for me to sign.
The area Supervisor, Andrew, reached out via email and EVERYTHING was cleared up right away. As if I couldn’t have enough good things to say about the Dominos in Lawrence, they’ve just given me two more reasons to be a loyal Dominos Customer!

Awesome. Can’t say enough good things!
The person to ask for is Andrew. So above in customer service and friendly beyond expectation. The food is awesome and delivery guys/​gals are great. One of my favorite parts is watching on the dominos website my order in the process.
It will show: order, dough making, rolling, in the oven, rolled out, toppings, and when it’s on the way!
It doesn’t get much better than this Lawrence Dominos!

I like their thin & Brooklyn style pizza crust the best. The 2 mediums for 5.99 per pizza is one of the best deals in the pizza business. I think their website and use of apps for ordering are great also!

The pizza here is so-​so. It is a large pizza chain, but I recommend Papa Johns over this chain. Many local pizza restaurants exist in town, and I recommend those instead depending on the style of pizza you like. Some recommendations include Pizza Shuttle and Wheat State Pizza
