Don’t waste your time or money on this company! Complete ripoff, they show up at your door with a Rug Doctor. If I wanted that, I’d have gone to the grocery store and rented one and done it myself!!! For the money they charge it should be a professional machine on a truck with professional results, not something we can all do ourselves at half the cost they charge. Don’t ripoff the consumer and think they are going to stand by and let you continue to do it to others, buyers beware and go to another company, you’ll be glad you did!
