Rented a car but worst experience they gave me a mini Cooper which I didn’t make a reservation for but that’s all they had and which I didn’t even know it had lights in the front at the bottom so I had to pay 265 bucks for a light thats about 5 inches because they said I damaged the light never again the whole rental for 3 weeks was over 800 dollars might as well go somewhere else it’s cheaper to just got a rental at Fox it was 50 bucks for 3 days and where super polite and fast ;)

Evan EP and Jasmine Hooper was very professional and got me in and out and helped me decide on the perfect car for my daily commute. They offered me a cup of water as I waited for the car to be prepared. Thank you so much for the Awesome Customer Service. I will def be back!

Made a reservation, went to pick it up and it wasn’t ready. Was asked to give them 10 minutes over ½ hour later still no rental. Took them over an hour to give me a rental and it wasn’t what I reserved. It was dirty, scratched and dented, and on E. (They called it an upgrade)

I am a gold member of Enterprise! I received a car I was not happy with. I went to this location and ran into the lovely assistant manager, Michelle Woody! I told her I was unhappy with the car I had rented from another location. She said no problem and switch me out into a better car! She gave me that reassuring smile that everything was going to be OK! I rented from her in the pasted, at another location! If I ever need to switch out a car, I can count on her! She always gave me outstanding, award winning customer service! I hope this company makes her a manager! She is the Best!

I rented an economy car for one day. Because I didn’t know I needed the car until the Lawndale location was already closed for the evening, I called the 800 number, and reserved a car for 10:00, with a pick up at my mechanic’s, not more than a mile away. I called them at 10:20, once my car, and myself, had been towed to the mechanic, and was told that it would be an hour and a half for a pick up! What!!! I’ve rented from this location before, and never had to wait more than 15 minutes, even without an existing reservation. There was no apology for the delay, nothing, just a rude statement that I should have called two hours prior to wanting to be picked up. That wouldn’t have worked well since I was coming from Long Beach, and adding the unknown of requiring a tow, so adding that to traffic, it would be hard for me to guess when I would arrive. Let me say, their msg to «press 4 for immediate pickup» is simply a false representation because in no world is an hour and a half immediate! I ended up having my tow truck driver drop me off, and, luckily my rental car was ready, so I was out of there in 10 minutes. And, that, plus the nice driver that took me back to my mechanic this morning, are the only reason I’m giving any stars. I will probably use the Redondo Beach Hertz Local Edition for future rentals as I’ve already confirmed that they offer quick pick up at my mechanic’s location on Rosecrans and Ingelwood. And, their definition of «quick» is 15 minutes, or an extra 10% discount. I’ve never had this kind of experience using this location before, but yesterday’s experience was enough to put a stop to wanting to use this location again.

Great customer service by Evan. He was Very patient and I didn’t feel rush, but taken cared of. The man needs a promotion and a raise.

Quick and friendly service. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. I booked online through Costco travel literally 5 minutes before I showed up. They weren’t too pushy about upgrades and purchasing their insurance.
This is my 4−5^th time renting from this location. They’ll even shuttle you to a local mechanic if it’s close by.

I booked a reservation through Costco Travel at Budget, and when I went to pick up the van, their staff told me the car had already been rented (even though I had an existing reservation). Basically their attitude was «too bad, so sad.» I was stuck the night before a family vacation without a car to get everybody there. Costco called Michelle the Assistant Manager at Enterprise Lawndale, who found me a similar sized car, and even honored my reservation that Budget completely messed up. They did not have to do that and went out of their way to make sure I could enjoy a vacation with my family. Thank you to Michelle and Jamilah for great customer service and for helping me out.

Had to rent a car while my truck was at the repair shop. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, especially Boris and Michele. Liked that they picked me up from the auto shop and also brought me back there when my truck was ready. Thank you for a stress less experience!

I rented a car from Enterprise for 6 months from August 2015 to February 2016. I had a great experience with Michelle… Very friendly staff, courteous, i wouldn’t rent from any other rental car but enterprise… Enterprise Car Rental in Lawndale, is honestly the best place i have ever rented a car from. Enterprise picks you up… Anytime i need a rental car. Enterprise will be the one.

2^nd time in 2 months renting a car and the customer service is absolutely amazing + the vehicles were fun and affordable. You guys will be seeing me more often.

I’ve been here several times and never had an issue. The staff is very friendly and the service is awesome. In addition, they offer complimentary ride service. I recently picked up a rental from the Downey location and they only had one car available. The car was filfty and reeked of cigarettes. I didn’t want to go through the hassle of going back to Downey so I brought my vehicle to this location. Without hesitation they immediately had the vehicle washed and cleaned. They had me in and out in 10 – 15 minutes. These guys rock!

Breyana was awesome. I went in to rent a cheapo sedan for a few days while my car was in the shop. But I drove out with a Camero Convertible for the same price. And she was great about answering all my questions. My only negative comment is in regards to the app. I’d like to see enterprise incorporate pick up and drop off arrangements in app and website. Currently you have to call the branch you are renting from to arrange for someone to drop off/​pick up a car.

I had a GREAT experience with this place. I rented different cars and had different options and great courtesy and service. They went above and beyond. Dealt with Michelle, Eric, Nana, Jasmine and they were all awsome. I believe that this is my first review on Unilocal as I could not keep this for me. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

Eddie helped me rent a car, he was awesome! Had a little bit of a complication at first, but we worked it out, and he even gave me a free upgrade!

I decided to give this enterprise another chance and I’m glad I did! After speaking with management about my bad experience they a sure me that they are double checking the cars for cleanliness. They also did apologized and gave me a discount since it affected my allergies. There prices per day are pretty reasonable and it closer than the LAX location.
