Horrible customer service. My husband ordered his glasses here, it’s been more than a month and we are still not seen any glasses. They keep blaming the lab. Had to constantly keep calling them for them to inform us the glasses got lost. Now there is an additional 2 week wait, making it a month and half now. At this point we just want our money back and they refusing to reimburse us for something we hadn’t even received. Want glasses in a timely matter, this is not the place. I would not recommend this place to any one. Glad we didn’t order my glasses here as well. Would been a bigger waste of time and money. They don’t even get one star from us.

So its now been about two years that i have been coming here for my eye exam… and i have nothing but great things to say about the dr. And her staff… everyone is so pleasant and friendly. .place looks super clean… and i will be returning to her office.
