Totally Satisfied Hair Salon

I have been coming here for about 2 or 3 years and Eddie has been the only to press my hair in that time. He is always pleasant and always easy to book an appointment.

I need to say. I’m so hooked on Unilocal.Rhonda, thanks so much for the time you took witg my daughter. Her hair came out so fantastic. You are now our go to on a regular basis.
My daughter hair was so dry before coming here. Rhonda gave her hair life. She loved the hair style and i loved the overall results.

I read predacious comments on 7÷26÷13 went straight there to see if Eddie could do my hair. He was busy so he referred me to Brenda. I asked if she was good he said yes. From there she press and curled my hair. It looked nice that day. After that, let’s just say every girls worst nightmare!
My hair started falling out in chunks and every where all the time. It was falling out straight even after I washed and conditioned it to try and stop breakage (my hair was natural, 3 years pressed only once with heat less than 400 degrees.(natural curl pattern, no relaxer in my hair). After 2 weeks of trying to figure out if maybe she put some type of chemical on my hair. I text, no answer. I called Eddie, he told me to call her.
I called to let her know that my hair has been falling out since she pressed it. And when i washed it. It did not revert back to my natural curl pattern.
She told me to come in on Sunday. I get there and she is a no show. I text, No answer. Next day she text and says her customer canceled, so she didn’t go in to the shop. (but aren’t I a customer, or is it because she got her money already ?? I guess it wasn’t important that I was literally going bald because of her)
Thinking back, she did not use heat protectant. I described heat damage and she did not understand (she said if the heat was too hot it would burn right then and there) wtf! Clearly she didn’t understand natural black hair. I told her my hair was acting like it it was relaxed. It was weak limp and extremely straight even when wet and breaking like damaged relaxed hair. She said she has never seen hair breakage with a perm (but she’s been doing hair for 20 years) wtf!
FINALLY !!!
She sees my hair (she did call me back after a while) and admits it has broken tremendously, (at this point I have thin brittle hair with patches all over my head. I cannot wear a twist out. Or Bantu knots. Patches of my hair were the literally 3 millimeters long on the right, middle, left and, bottom left sections of my head.
I had already started a protein treatment when she no showed that Sunday.
She pretty much suggested what I told her that I needed, which was braids (individuals) and protein treatments. She claims she charged 180 for the twist type braids but she Would Do mine for $ 150 ummm yeah!! wtf! It’s your fault I’m bald. I said thx and left.
Almost forgot, when I finally got back in her chair to show her my hair. I had to wait about 20 mins while she was doing idk what. And she eats while doing your hair which is gross! Who likes crumb hair?

Eddie is amazing. He’s been styling my hair for over two years without disappointment. My last stylist devastated me and my hair but Eddie restored my faith and trust. He educated me about the texture of my hair and how to obtain what I want without burning my hair out. I’m able to get a press and curl without losing my curl pattern. Thank you Eddie, thank you Totally Satisfied. I’m a loyal customer and I recommend this salon to any and everyone. BTW, I’m in the chair right now getting hooked up!!!
