Subway

I will never go to this location ever again… I had the worst experience. First of all it starts off with being told there was no wheat bread or jalapeño bread… I get a total of 4 6″ grinders. I had to get another bread that wasn’t what was asked of me to get. Out of the four grinders two were meatballs in which each of them has three meatballs in which on the both of them has burnt meatballs. (Disgusting) I ordered the Italian herb and cheese cold cut trio. This was all bread and vegetables. And on top of that they had no more spinach leaves. Very disappointed. Basically no meat. The meat was as thin as paper with two slices of meat. When I got back to my destination I put more bologna on my sub and mayo. I’ve always eaten subway and actually ate at subway in Scaggsville just a few days ago and had a great experience. During the service I was rushed throughout this experience. If possible go to another Subway and not waste your time. I only put one star because I couldn’t post it without a star.

What I ordered: the cold cut combo. What I got: bologna and one slice of salami. I asked if that was the cold cut combo, the girls said yes. No use arguing with the employees, they don’t make the rules. This location is terrible.

The worst Subway I have been to. After I told the lady what kind of sandwich I wanted, she tried to tell me that I had to pay before I told her what I wanted on my sandwich, which never happens at a subway. When I asked her why she said «so that they know that I have money» I guess because I am a young adult, but then I showed her my credit card and she tried to tell me that their machine doesn’t always work like I was dumb or something and she barely spoke English. Lucky for them I was very hungry and just did it but it made me feel disrespected and very frustrated.

Food is okay. But the service is crappy. Very crappy. We just had a over $ 50 lunch meal with them. When I asked for a spare salad bowl so we can share, they said no. Speechless.. Service is just bad here.

I like Subway for a quick, cheap, and relatively healthy meal. Their bread is good, their vegetables are fresh, there are a variety of sauces, and a variety of meats and meat alternatives. This location is average as far as Subway restaurants go. Nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. I’ve never seen it busy — no more than 2 or 3 customers at a time.

Pretty great Subway, get it & go service, no WiFi though which is kinda a drag.
