McDonald’s

Well the first thing that was wrong was. This is the ONLY location where the MC pick 2 menu is $ 2.50 instead of the $ 2.00 McDonald’s corp advertises everywhere else.
Then the food came and there was a major issue just getting a cup for water. It’s like they think you’re gonna steal soda even tho you just spent like $ 12.00 in their place of business.
Food order was incorrect but it took a little time to get the food so i did not feel like sending it back so i just said whatever and starting eating. Food was barely warm and the mcdouble was the same way. Also the fries had way too much salt on them and i mean way too much. Lastly the order was for a LARGE MEAL. Half the fry box was filled.
Just left here and said NEVER AGAIN. WoW…
The customer service was poor and the overall character of the store was poor due to trash on the floor and dirty tables…

Very disappointing visit! Not the way I wanted to start off my 2016 Unilocal reviews. My Big Mac roll was stale and hard as hell. Fries were lukewarm at best. I should have complained to management but I didn’t feel like waiting in line just to complain. But I did decide, like a moron, to buy an apple pie for dessert. Of course, tasteless as hell! And I saw an interesting sign on my way out that I added in the tip section. No Loitering, you can only stay 30 minutes while consuming food. I think the less said about this place the better!

Pretty sad food, never had soggy fries from McDonalds. The salad was wilted with ¼ cup water in the salad bowl that soaked the burgers. You can do better than this…

This McDonald’s is one of those McDonald’s that just seems like it should be better than it is.
Pros:
+ This location is very easy to spot, being directly in the center of the 1
+ The restaurant it self is very clean and new looking on the inside.
+ The food is served hot and fresh.
Cons:
— This location is very difficult to turn in and out of, and it only gets worse with the one ways around the building so that there aren’t frequent accidents in the parking lot (?)
— The staffs attitude leaves something to be desired, but it’s on par with the code of conduct on the door [you can eat here for 20 minutes, then get out or else]. Not particularly pleasant.
— At 2 pm, when there aren’t a lot of orders coming in, I do wish they’d try harder to get the sandwich contents actually mostly on the bun…
Overall, the experience of the food is pretty much what you’d expect from a McDonald’s, so it gets an A-​OK. The whole uptight we’re better than you stay out of our McDonald’s BS nearly got them a 2 star rating, so don’t expect too much service with a smile, and you’ll be fine.
