Hong Keechun, DMD

I had been of patient of Dr Keechun Hong for over 10 years. I’ve had several crowns that have come off and was charged to put them back on. I’ve had expensive cosmetic work done of the front teeth and chipped. I went in for a repair and was told that there’s no warranty or guarantee on my teeth. Just like my car they don’t insure it for a life time. Now I was quite surprised of that comparison. He tried to charge me again which I refused to pay. I had a copy of my dental records sent to me. Meanwhile another cap came off. I called to schedule an appointment and was told you requested a copy of your dental records so let your dentist put it on. After ten plus years who would’ve thought. Please beware of caps and cosmetic dentistry because they will come off, you will be charged for something that should not have come off and for something you already paid for.

Dr. Hong is an amazing dentist and a down to earth guy. He really tries to help you no matter what the problem is. If for some reason you need extra cleanings and your insurance does not provide it, then he will reduce the price. His staff are super nice and welcoming. They provide great care and service. I always feel welcome there and I hope that you choose this dentist if you are looking for a new one :)

Great office! Staff is very warm and helpful. I have cleanings there twice a year and I had invisalign through this office.
I came here after having a terrible experience with my last dentist (see other review). Since the x-​rays from that dentist were so bad, Dr. Hong had to do another set. Since my insurance company wouldn’t cover another set, Dr. Hong gave me a very reduced price.
Dr. Hong was on a list that my insurance (united concordia) provided. I chose him because his
score was good. I was still a bit nervous because there were no Unilocal reviews. I’m glad I took a chance on this office.

Dr. Hong runs an awesome dental practice. His office employees are friendly and professional, and pretty good at helping patients navigate through the maze of dental insurance. His hygienists work hard to make sure that patients are comfortable and understand the procedures being performed. Unlike my previous dentist, Dr. Hong as never tried to pressure me into elective procedures I didn’t understand. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a general-​services dentist who is both reasonable and kind.
