I can no longer recommend this dry cleaners. Normally I don’t check my clothes but something in me wanted to make sure that they did what I would be paying for. I pointed out a stain on the right front leg of the pant from clear soda that dried white like small blotches on the thigh area. The pants no longer have the white stains but brown stains similar to being pressed. Not just in the area where the stain is but all over the pants even in the back in the knee fold. Realizing my frustration was pointless the cashier walks away after explaining she explained there were stains all over the pants and that is what happened when they removed the«stains» with the chemical. I hate dry cleaners for a reason, you would think at a certain price you would get quality cleaning and service. My pants still look like I sat in them as if they were not even cleaned. At what point is the customer right? The other review about the alterations is dead on. Basic alterations are pricey and not well done.

*******Warning!****** Go to this dry cleaner at your own risk. Recently took a garment to be dry cleaned and the texture and quality of the garment completely changed. Not only was the item not thoroughly cleaned properly, but the fabric of the garment was completely ruined. To make matters even more frustrating, the manager of the shop was not at all apologetic and blamed the fabric instead of the cleaning process. They wouldn’t even offer any discount, let alone a refund for the damages done. I would not recommend this dry cleaner to anyone who wants quality care and customer service. Please also note that this dry cleaner is very expensive and not worth your time and money.

I had it with this place today! I have had no problems with their dry cleaning services but their alternations service is inconsistent. In the past, I had a pair of pants hemmed too short but didn’t say anything because they were thin pants(and inexpensive) so I figured I could just wear them with sandals in the summer. Then, I had a pant loop pop out where they took in the waste of my pants. No, the pant loop did not pop out because I put a lot of strain on it. I think they used poor quality string, or maybe stitched it by hand. Today I am angry because I few days ago I took in a brand new pair of Banana Republic pants(as in, not cheap), tried them on and asked for them to be hemmed to half an inch from the floor. I picked them up today and at home and realized they were shorter than ½ and inch from the ground. When I went back and complained, first she tried to argue that they were not in fact shorter than I ½ an inch from the ground so I asked her to get a measuring tape. She then said they were only ¾ inches from the ground(still, not a ½ inch from the ground like I requested) and further, that it was MY fault they weren’t hemmed properly — that when she pinned the pants when I had them on, I should have told her at that time that I didn’t think she had pinned them at ½ an inch from the ground. What?! I tried to argue that it was her fault, not mine but we just got into a back and forth so I finally said I just wanted the pants lowered and could she do that without the old hem line showing? She said she didn’t know. I responded that if they couldn’t, I wanted them to reimburse me for the pants. Again, she said I should have told her that I didn’t like where she had pinned my pants when I tried them on. I was so angry at that point, but did not want to cause a scene so I left. I did tell them, however, that I would not be returning again and I won’t. An expensive pair of pants are ruined and their attempt to blame me for not being able to tell that she had put pins in my pants higher than half an inch off the floor is absurd.
