While I understand they were under renovations, there was no notification of this at booking or on their website. I think the finished product will be beautiful but they should not have the place open while they are doing such major renovations, particularly in the main lobby. There were scaffolding everywhere, plaster and paint all over the carpeting and pallets of wood randomly placed throughout the hotel. At check-in, we were told there would be no breakfast offered and they did not have a pool. We were staying there with our daughter’s soccer team for a tournament. So there would be many children in the hotel with nothing to do with dangerous equipment throughout? We decided to go through with check-in as we drove a long way and had just had a long day of soccer in 90 degree weather. Our daughter just needed a bed and air conditioning. Not all of the elevators were working and when we finally got off on our floor we walked around in a circle for nearly 15 minutes looking for our room because the rooms WEREN’T NUMBERED! It was the last straw for us and we decided to leave. They agreed to refund our deposit and let us out of the reservation. This is the only positive thing I have to say about this experience. The front desk staff was apologetic but clueless about what was going on with the renovations and was unable to contact a manager via the radio. A contractor overheard another patron audibly upset about the state of the hotel and lack of room numbers and told us that«Oh, sorry! The walls were wet and they must’ve forgotten to put the numbers back up.» We are a military family with 3 daughters who have played travel soccer; we’ve stayed in quite a few hotels over the years. While I appreciate the explanation, this is no way to run a hotel during renovation. You close down the floor until the manager does a walk-through and clears the floor for guests. VERY Disappointed!

Clean, sleek and simple. Small pool. Beds are okay. Close to the highway. Can’t beat the price! Breakfast was a joke. Standing room only. The 2 staff members couldn’t possibly keep up. No room to make proper lines. It was a free for all. Food bins were frequently empty. Only had cereal, yogurt, mini muffins, oatmeal cups, breads… There was a pancake machine that spit out a handful of tiny pancakes in 20 mins. Then needed to be refilled by staff. My advice– skip their breakfast and head over to the Silver Diner for a relaxed, healthy, fresh meal!

I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of my business trip for some personal time with family. The staff was courteous and the facility was nice, even with construction going on, it still looks presentable and functional. The morning breakfast was satisfactory and helped start the day. I enjoyed this hotel, especially for the quietness away from major highways which made relaxation better.

One of the worst hotels I have EVER stayed in. We were put in this hotel for an event nearby and when we made the booking we specifically requested(well in advance) a QUIET room because we had early morning. They put us on the ground floor and our hotel room door opened directly to the indoor pool AND the hotel breakfast area. It was 11pm before the kids at the pool finally went to bed(even after we complained) and it was 5am when we started hearing the people clinking the flatware around setting the tables. To make my stay even more enjoyable I had to sleep with the air conditioner off in the middle of summer because the unit was so polluted with mildew that it was giving me an awful sore throat. Miserable hotel.

Clean, friendly and reasonably priced. The parking is TIGHT… do yourself a favor and park further out or along the side to avoid dings in your doors. I had breakfast included(platinum status) and it is good. Outback within walking distance so you can enjoy a few drinks with dinner.

Stayed here twice recently. Honestly not quite sure why I stayed a 2nd time. Middle of nowhere. Literally only food options nearby are the Outback Steakhouse which is in the same parking lot, or the Exxon gas station down the street. Parking is weird. Doors are stupid, 1st door is automatic, 2nd isn’t. What sense does that make? Ugh the outlets. Not only were there none in the lamps, there weren’t even any close enough to the bed for me to plug in my laptop or cell phone and use them in bed. Pet peeve of mine. Whole place is just really dated. Won’t be staying again.
